Chris was fantastic! He was working as host and server, very attentive, and also multitasking to keep silverware prepped. I was impressed with his hard work and appreciate the consistent quality of this Denny’s on our road trips through CA.
No soup at noon for my 96 yo mom. Of course not servers fault, not cooks fault. Where is the AKM? And why didn't GM do a pass down to staff at start of meal period? Things do happen, but no communication. And let's be honest, soups are not made by scratch anymore unless a high end venue... maybe. A lot of high end soups are frozen....use a double pot commercial warmer. Needs to be addressed by RM.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received at your Denny's location during our recent road trip.
From the moment we walked in, Christofer, the host, greeted us with remarkable friendliness. Our server, Gabriel, was incredibly attentive throughout our meal. It was late in the afternoon, but Gabriel went above and beyond by making us fresh coffee, which we greatly appreciated.
