Busy busy busy at Kettleman City, a very popular rest stop. Even though they were busy and packed, they were able to get our order to us in a decent time. The short wait was worth it after that first bite.
Luke cold food. Nasty tasting. 6 minutes waiting in the drive through .Terrible way to spend $30 bucks. This is like the 4th unpleasant experience at an in-n-out. Hopefully this time Hubby and I learned our lesson.
It was crowded but orders went smoothly and food presented as ordered (one order without sauce and pickles while all orders had both onions, and no salt on fries) with little wait time even though car line thick and inside packed

It's always good. Kettleman City location runs very busy with travelers but keeps it tight. It's been my go to for road trips for 20+ years, never disappoints.Parking: Busy location, drive though blocks a path into the lot, come in through the far side at the end of the road for best access

I am very happy with the service, the employees are very friendly But this is the second time I have found hair in my food I notified one of the employees And they told me they could give me another burger I don't need another burger I told them I need them to use a mesh for protection of hair because this is the second time I have found hair in my food
