The staff was nice, and the building was clean. How ever this is not what I expected as a breakfast burrito. I wish I would have known it was going to be a sausage patty town in two places on top of eggs with a thin piece of bacon. The bacon was so thin you didn’t even know the bacon was on the burrito.

Fast and quick little stop right off the exit . Was actually surprised how clean it was , not something I expected . There was no line when we stopped in for breakfast (drive thru) but maybe we ordered a lot of food , we had to pull to the front and wait for it. The bathroom was clean also and again no line so that was a bonus. Would more then likely stop by again if we're in a rush. Also the food was not to bad , not as greasy as some of the ones in bigger citys.

No wonder we were the only ones inside. Food was awful and expensive, more than any other jack I’ve been. My son order some tacos and they were really hard It was over 100 degrees outside and it felt like they didn’t have the ac on.

They messed up our order twice and kept wanting to charge for their mistakes. We had to wait out front for the food and the food was not even fresh. Burgers tasted sour

I just had to say I stopped here to get a milkshake on the way home and went to the restroom after I ordered. Cleanest fast-food restaurant restroom I have ever been in!!! Literally spotless. And the milkshake was bomb.

I’m a truck driver. I always stop at Jack-in-the-Box knowing they have a special deal with the Dodgers when they strike out nine batters unfortunately the manager here was very rude and telling me that it’s only in LA County unfortunately she is not trained or have the knowledge regarding promotional with Dodgers and Jack in the box was rude and yelling from the back of the room that no that was only an LA county the poor girl at the register was very apologetic and felt bad

We stopped here hoping that it wouldn't be too busy. It wasn't. But probably because the service was very slow.
We had some friends behind us, and after we ordered, we heard the manager tell the cashier to stop taking orders because they were behind on the drive-thru orders. They were eventually able to order, but all of us ended up waiting about 35 minutes for our food.
The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, though. So, I guess points for that. The food was also fine, just regular Jack in the Box fare.

Smash Jack burger which did not have the bread they offer, it was regular bread and on the other hand it has two cheeses and it only had one and since the service of whoever takes the order does not know how to serve, unfortunately this restaurant is not good at all.
