I'm writing this review solely to give credit to the good customer service rendered by one female employee (visit about 6:30 pm on 8/16). We ordered two (overpriced!) Happy Meals for our sons who simply wanted the toys. We asked the employee if she could switch out the toy our son got since he wanted a different design. She obliged, and then switched it out again when our kid changed his mind. No fuss, all politeness.
There isn't much you can ask or expect from a road trip chain like McDonald's where food is always the standard overpriced fare, but good customer service is worth mentioning. Hiring, training, and keeping good staff is the only way to stand out.

I was already having a terrible time and wanted some Mc Donald’s to take the edge off. I went through the drive through and was practically bouncing up and down in my car so excited for some good ol’ Mc Donald’s. When the food finally arrived I opened it up with hope, false hope. I took a bite expecting the best and received the worst. To my disappointment the fries and chicken nuggets were stale, practically frozen, and the fries were unsalted. My gums are bleeding from how hard the nuggets were against my delicate mouth. :(
Took 15 mins for my order. Workers didn’t wear gloves. My smoothie wasn’t full. Place was clean and staff wasn’t rude, but not good experience.

I asked for a happy meal and I asked for ketchup and I got NO ketchup and apples in my daughters happy meal I will no longer be going to mc Donald’s very disappointed in your staff!

Expected McDonald's food and prices. Normal decor and seating, but added bonus of attachment to a mini-mart for large selection of travel needs. Reasonable for poor service: just me being ols school where I want to talk to an actual person and not just a kiosk. Also, at the end of the kiosk ordering, the option is to pick it up at the counter or have it delivered to the table with the number. We chose to have delivered, but they just yelled out our order number until we came up and returned the table number stand.
