I ordered an online order I went about 15 minutes later there was nobody there in line two ladies were just sitting there laughing as the asked me if I was ready the ticket was just sitting there on the table and it wasn’t even done they just laughed. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t give them any stars.

Disappointing and Frustrating Experience

I placed an order through the Subway mobile app around 8:15 PM, expecting a smooth pickup experience. Shortly after, I received a call from the store stating they were closed and that my order would be voided. The issue? We were already in the parking lot, and the store was very clearly not closed. Despite this, the employee on the phone insisted they were closed and dismissed any discussion. Her attitude was incredibly hostile and dismissive, making the situation even more frustrating.

This experience has really soured our opinion of Subway. If a store is going to take online orders, it should honor them—or at the very least, communicate honestly and respectfully with customers.

$10.69 for a 6 inch sub is crazy. They had all of the overhead screens where they usually display the menu and prices off. Seems like it was intentional, because the screens still had the Subway logo. Didn’t see the price until checkout. Should have just gone to Bravo Farms and gotten the kids $8 burgers.

Food was on par for your average Subway.

The girl who served me had a really bad attitude and she was very rude. Food was good tho. I tried grabbing my sandwich and I accidentally grabbed the wrong one and she VERY angrily said, "THATS NOT YOURS." Extremely rude, I will most likely not come back because of her attitude.

Stopped by for a quick sub when I was charging my Tesla. Placed an online order and picked it up in a couple of mins.

They do accept online coupons as well.

Rude lady working here. Even though it says closing at 9 she closed at 8 pm. Everyone in the queue that were waiting since a while were suddenly told that its now closed. She herself took 10 mins per customer to make a sub. Super inefficient

There is one woman who is holding down this whole subway. Five stars for her. The other people were fine, but seemed a bit bothered and moved so slow compared to the five star lady. Sandwich was good. It’s subway, I don’t expect much and it met my expectations. No napkins in the bag, the man at the end probably just forgot. Super busy!

I made a special effort to travel to the subway station here in Kettleman, only to discover that the store closed earlier than usual. If your website clearly indicates that your business hours extend until 9 PM, it is of utmost importance that you fulfill this commitment. It is crucial to avoid disappointing your valued customers and inconveniencing them by forcing them away. Always keep in mind that they are the very foundation of your success.
