They only had 1 person working in the entire restaurant……I got stuck in the drive through for 40 min with 2 cars in front of me……I couldn’t even back out. They’re slow and expensive……it’s cheaper and faster to go to a restaurant and dine in. These bad experiences are getting more frequent. I recommend not going there unless you have a lot of time and money to waste.

HORRIBLE customer service! When we asked for information to contact a manager they REFUSED to give us any information. We ordered $60+ dollars of food but they gave us attitude when we needed more than 10 packets of ketchup. Never ordering here again.

Kimberly was so friendly and helpful during our visit! She helped us download the app so we could redeem a coupon we received in the mail. Most people would have been annoyed that we didn’t already have the app but she was quick to assist us. She has great customer service skills that you don’t see very often anymore in the service industry. Everything was fresh and great!
