I didn’t think a “bad” Dutch bros existed. But the workers here every time I’ve come are rude. Makes me not want to order anymore. I know that Dutch bros has a protocol where you have to act a certain way to the customers to make them feel somewhat welcomed… but here they just talk to each other, don’t acknowledge your presence, and are just plain rude. I understand people have bad days, but when it’s every time I visit, then it’s not an excuse. Another thing to add, my drinks when they are made here do not taste the same as when I go out to another one. A bit frustrating as I’m paying $7-$8 each time. Overall, I think people would appreciate more kindness all around .
