Los Pepes Authentic Mexican Food

Asked for a asada burrito and they gave me a soggy burrito with the sauce on the outside. The thing was drenched. Worst burrito I've ever eaten....

A little cramped in seating. Waitress in to much of a rush. Food was good.

Kid-friendliness: Restaurant is loud, so it dosen't matter if you take kids.

Fun atmosphere, good food

I have eaten Mexican food in many places both USA and Mexico. This is NOT authentic Mexican food. Here are my issues with this restaurant.1. Food a bit over seasoned including chips, mostly salt.2. Service was just OK. Food came out without silverware then initially were given just a fork. A clear sign of no procedures or standards in place. They had been busy and were probably a little tired but that is when you need procedures the most.3. Not the cleanest but they had been busy (not offering them an excuse)4. Order not correct maybe 1/2 my fault as they had 2 items on the menu with the same name. When I called this to their attention all I got was I’m sorry when most would have adjusted the bill.

Took at least 20-30 minutes to get our food. Went during least busy hours and saw multiple people get their food before us even though they showed up 15 minutes after us

The Relleno Special was good. The meat was stewed well and had good flavor. Service was casual but good. This is a good option for sit down meal if traveling though town. Straightforward and unpretentious.

The best Margaritas!!!! Great food. Chill vibe. Stop in on your way to Sequoia or anytime.

Not authentic Mexican food. Food was bland. Ordered enchiladas that had very little enchilada sauce. Only ate half of one enchilada and was advised had to pay for entire meal. Worst Mexican food we ever had.
