placed my order at 10:07, asked about it at 10:25… they said it wasn’t ready so for me to park… it’s 10:40 so I go through the drive thru to ask again… the girl says she lost my ticket?? I was like why didn’t you just come ask me for my receipt :( ! I get to the window & im told that my order was ready the WHOLE time and was just sitting there?! they had to remake it since it was sitting there for basically an hour… I didn’t leave until 11:10… absolutely crazy for an iced soda, slushee, and mini blast. never going back to kingsburg sonics again.

Each time I go to this location, it’s a 30+ minute wait through drive through for subpar food. Never have this problem at the Sanger or Fresno locations.3/11/24: because 1 bad review is not enough, went and got 3 piece chicken tenders, the tender on the left is was super rubbery and unedible.

The worker Jacqueline, split hair half dark half white was the worst worker to ever serve. She rolled her eyes at us when we pulled in. And once we got our order we tried to talk to her but she slammed the door in our face.

Great food, takes a very very long time to get food. Good luck when they forget to put napkins or a fork in the bag. After 5 cars deep in drive thru I just grabbed my food just looked to make sure my stuff was correct! But damn the food is good, be patient.

Tonight, I asked THREE TIMES for there to be no cheese on my daughter's burger because she's allergic, and then I verified that they understood NO CHEESE. After getting home with 3 combos I paid $35 for, hers had cheese on it and she couldn't have dinner. Complete incompetence. I'll never go back.
