Hi, like to share my experience with this place. I like Starbucks coffee, and as someone from Washington State, I’ve always been a fan. I’m also a truck driver, and parking options can be very limited, so I really appreciate that this location is convenient for parking my semi-truck.
However, I’ve had a consistently bad experience with wait times whenever I walk in to order. Even though the store always has plenty of employees, the priority seems to be drive-through and mobile orders. As a walk-in customer, I usually end up waiting 10–15 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. I’m old-school and don’t use the app to order ahead, and this has happened every time I’ve visited.
As a driver, every minute counts because of electronic logbooks and strict hours-of-service rules, so long delays really affect my schedule. I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but I hope management will take a closer look at improving the experience for walk-in customers.

I should of got the girls name but I was upset i went blank but today 11/13/25 at 3:10 pm had the worse experience at this location won’t be back that’s for sure and that sucks because I’m literally across the parking lot

Just stopped here from a long road trip and needed a black tea/espresso/vanilla/cream drink that’s my go to when it’s hot out.
When I grabbed my drink I saw writing on it which made my long day so much better! Went back in to ask who wrote it and it was this pretty girl named Moe!
I’m sure Moe saw/heard the exhaustion in my voice when my toddler was carried in by my boyfriend asking repeatedly for a cake pop or cookies🤦🏻♀️🤣
Moe is awesome, totally made my day😊

Very clean store. Lots of good merchandise as well as the new release cups. Customer service was on point. It is an in a decent area of town. Enjoyed my visit to the Starbucks. Will definitely stop back by next road trip

They do not follow official Starbucks recipes. The drinks are slapped them together and push them out the door. I’ve brought it to their attention and had them remake drinks. They do not change. Corporate needs to visit.

Always cheerfully greeted when I walk in. Quick pick up of mobile orders. There is a noticeable difference in quality and taste of the drinks here, compared to the Starbucks in the next town over. I prefer to drive an extra few minutes for the excellent service and high quality drinks.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a caramel ribbon crunch with a shot of espresso that tasted like water and was melted when I got it. 0 flavor on the drink. Not sure why it took so long to get the drinks out because when I looked in the window, I saw about 8 people just working the front.
