This is a small bar/restaurant located near the Casino in Klamath. The only reason we ate there was on the suggestion of a park ranger who said the make great burgers. You order at the window and can eat at tables which are shared with the bar portion of the building. I found the place to dusty with cobwebs on fixtures.

We were staying over the road from the Country Club Bar & Grill at the Holiday Inn Express - which didn't have a restaurant, so this was a convenient place to grab a bite to eat. Reasonable menu for takeaway (burgers, chips etc). Service OK, we waited about 5 minutes for our order.

In late April 2023 my wife and I were staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Klamath during our visit to Redwoods National and State Parks. We were back at the hotel after a day of hiking and wanted to grab an early dinner nearby. Unfortunately, the restaurant at the casino next door was closed, leaving us with two options within walking distance, either the travel plaza a couple blocks away or (our eventual choice) the Country Club Bar and Grill. While the name of the place may conjure up images of a contemporary steakhouse or perhaps a trendy gastropub, neither is the case here – the Country Club Bar and Grill is a dive bar, pure and simple. When you first walk in, it’s extremely dark; once your eyes begin to adjust, you’ll see a bar with customers who are clearly local regulars, a pool table, a juke box playing country music, and a handful of small tables. The grill, which is run separately, is in the back. My wife and I, being born-and-raised suburbanites from Southern California, initially felt completely out of place here as bars never played much of a role in either of our respective social development. However, once we settled in and our food arrived, things got much more comfortable. Both my wife’s turkey melt and my mushroom burger were on point, and our fries were hot and tasty. The prices were fair, and both the grill proprietor and the bartender were very nice. While it’s not the sort of place we’d go out of our way to find, we ended up enjoying our meal at the Country Club Bar and Grill, and the experience created a positive vacation memory.

It was a spur of the moment decision to eat here and the food was amazing!! Both of us had hamburgers, which were perfect! Highly recommend if you want a local feel and great food.

This was the only place open for our two night stay in Klamath. We do not normally eat hamburgers or French fries. However, the hamburgers are exceptional! I buy my ground beef direct from the farmer at home (grass fed) and I will say these burgers are exceptional!

Excellent burgers! We are from TX and know a good burger when we find one. Local beef cooked just right and crispy french fries. Worked really well for us for dinner after a long day of hiking. Not too many choices in Klamath. Highly recommend.
A very friendly local bar, with good food and great service. The atmosphere is great, Decor reflects the local area. The sort of place you’d expect to see in a TV show We really enjoyed visiting, and the tab at the end, very reasonable

For a UK visitor this felt like a very authentic local american bar. The food was tasty, the beer was cold, music was good and it had a friendly atmosphere. Very good value.

You have to order your food and pay for your food in one window and if you want drinks from the bar you have to buy your drinks at the bar. I had the Shrimp Basket nice size shrimp but too much breading for my taste but very good

Unbelievable...We came here because it worked with our timeline. We arrived just after they opened and saw they were making hamburger patties by hand. I ordered a patty melt. It was sooo good! Hot and fresh. Please try this place if you are doing a 101 seaside drive.
