We are so happy we stumbled upon this place, our food was excellent, the service was great, the only sad thing was that this is their last year open because they can't get help.
Eat here, not the Forest Cafe! Tourist sites have grumpy service and high prices. This place is the solution, just a couple miles down the road - and there is a drive-thru tree right nearby.
GOOD food, REALLY nice people, very charming and small and perfect for the Redwoods experience. Breakfast until well into the afternoon. Here's the big tip - locals eat here. A police officer came in while we ate, and I knew this was the place.

My husband and I stayed in Klamath for 2 nights while on our way to Big Sur and ate here twice for breakfast. They had the best tomato/spinach eggs benedict I have ever had and I’ve had many eggs benedict all over. My husband said the benny omelette he had was also one of the best he’s also had. Besides the food the staff were such a delight to chat with. Their diner atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Looking forward to the next time I can have this place again when...
