I would give it a zero if possible. So their container already sucks, but then the way they wrap it or package it sucks even more. Holy crap, I just bought banana split there and when I got home, the entire package had opened and was all over my car from it leaking out of the bag. Worst packaging ever for banana split’s. They need to come up with something else because this process sucks so bad.

Unbelievable, Trying to contacted them for the past 2hrs and the phone line is busy. After been on hold for 10min
I drove to the location and ordered an ice cream pie. When I left I received a phone call from B&R telling me they make ice cream pies anymore..They couldn’t give me a refund over the phone. Had to drive back to the location. They didn’t even try to make a customer happy. I will take my business elsewhere!

This is cool! Togo’s with Baskin Robins at La Crescenta location inside shopping area I have visited before. Great service, nice atmosphere. The ice cream & the smoothie was so delicious. Easy to find seats enjoy ice cream food & drinks. The staff was very friendly. When 31 comes kids, family & friends snag for $1 scoop ice cream. Everyone doesn’t want to miss it.

On A Saturday night your store is trashed! Guy working the register and scooping touching face and hair- get a clue not even his gloves help. Lost!
