This is cool! Togo’s with Baskin Robins at La Crescenta location inside shopping area I have visited before. Great service, nice atmosphere. The ice cream & the smoothie was so delicious. Easy to find seats enjoy ice cream food & drinks. The staff was very friendly. When 31 comes kids, family & friends snag for $1 scoop ice cream. Everyone doesn’t want to miss it.
Very disappointed in todays service Sent my spouse to get me some icecream ( banana royal Sunday ).When he came home I realized the person who was serving had added chocolate fudge + strawberry syrup (which I wanted ) on my Sunday without asking what syrup he would prefer on top 1st, my spouse had to mention Strawberry syrup to the guy but didn't realize the person had added chocolate syrup already .I'm not really a big Chocolate fan I ended having to Sacrifice some of my icecream on top & throw it into the trash .Please have employees Ask customer choice of syrup instead of assuming everyone likes chocolate.

Every time I come in here, everyone is so nice and it's pretty clean. I ordered a cake online, and when I received it, it said 21th. I had to triple check my email to see what I wrote on the order to make sure it wasn't my mistake haha. We found it hilarious so I had to post it.

Its your local baskin-robbins, it tastes fairly good, there are a lot of options to try from, they give samples, and parking is abundant! Overall, the scoops were nicely sized, ice cream was cold and refreshing, but the waffle cone was kinda disappointing as it was hard in texture.

I've stopped by a couple of times to pick up a Polar Pizza (those are delicious and pre-made, so its quick to pick up in their freezer). This Baskin-Robbins is located in shopping center with ample parking available. While my experiences here have not been bad, they've definitely left me wanting more. Two main issues: - The cashier was not very friendly. She asked me to wait as she skipped over me and served other patrons instead. Not a huge deal (I can wait), but her approach was a bit abrasive and rubbed me the wrong way- The Polar Pizza I picked up appeared as if it melted at some point. When we went to eat it at home, it had a strange shape and a few slices were lacking much ice creamSo! Not the worst spot by any means, but nothing to write home about either.

I just wanted to write a big thanks to Elizabeth the cake maker for the beautiful cake she made for my niece's birthday. I originally wanted something BR couldn't do, but she provided me with comparable alternatives, and worked with me every step of the way to ensure everything met my expectations. When there was some confusion about the size of the cake and some potential blank space, she showed me her solution and came up with a detailed plan. When there was a snag concerning the chosen photo, she was quick about notifying me. She was even able to address something that wasn't her fault and make it look great. And during the whole process, she was super kind and patient. She is a credit to the store. Thank you, Elizabeth, my niece is going to love it!

Too busy for the minimal staff. Waiting for 20 min. Utter chaos! No order to lines! No one acknowledged me...left to but ice cream from Uber eats and will enjoy coldstone instead. Owners please help your staff.

Came in Tuesday to order a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday this Saturday. Employee "Matt" was very nice and took the order. Today, Thursday I get a call from Matt, who's calling me on his day off from his cellphone to tell me that they can't make the cake. (Why I didn't get a call sooner and from the store itself remains a mystery that nobody can seem to answer.) Called store and spoke to their incompetent, non-apologetic manager "Lydia" who's primary goal seemed to be to talk over me. Not only were my concerns not addressed, but I got an education in how completely backwards their process is for ordering cakes and the apparent communication problems between employees and the "cake maker." Ultimately I was told that they didn't have the materials (wtf?!?!). I asked her to process a refund and her response was "I don't know how you paid for it." I explained that she has my name, phone number and the original copy of the cake order with CC receipt attached and that I expected her to process the refund today and provide me with proof. I should have expected her response given her rude and unprofessional manner, but it was "you're not going to tell me what to do!" followed by a tirade of "you don't know me" statements and whining about all the things she has to do. Lydia, find yourself another job with less responsibility and in the short term, enjoy the hassle of dealing with the stop payment I issued for the transaction since locating my paperwork in your store is so difficult! The place is probably ok for grabbing some ice cream in store, but it seems like from my experience and other reviews, the cake ordering side of the business is a wreck, compounded by rude, unprofessional, and totally incompetent management. Owner "Sanjay" has yet to return my call. While I don't hold my breath for that, I took my business to another BR franchise location which isn't as conveniently located as far as logistics are concerned for the birthday day, but well worth it considering the level of consistency I've experienced in the past.
