The people who work here DO NOT CARE. They really don't. They don't care about service. I'm not even sure they care about the food. Is it because they're not making enough? Is it because the work long hours? Is it society? Or is there another job they can take where they do not need to serve other people. I got food poisoning here once. Not sure why I came back. They're not friendly.
At my worst and at my lowest, I have always been friendly in a service position. I have always gone the extra mile to make sure my customer was happy. I didn't do it for tips. I did it because it made me feel better knowing I was making them happy. These people....they don't care.

Asked no onion on 1 burger, atill got it. Ask for tea, none. Ask for fries well done, not. Mc Donald's listens better.

First time eating burger king in years and wow. It sucked. Burger was smushed, tastless and Fries were underwhelming. Oneof the worst hamburgers ive had in my entire life.Also had a chocolate sundae and it was terrible. Almost $20 for this food. Yikes. Avoid this place! Now i remember why I don't at bk.

Drive thru speed was adequate. Order was accurate. Food tasted OK. Ordered via the mobile app. Chicken nuggets are always bomb at burger King. This location is one of the only ones where the buns for the whopper are fresh. Staff is friendly enough.

I purchased a hamburger from this location, and while eating it, I noticed the meat had a burnt taste. I decided to inspect it, and I was both disappointed and surprised that whoever prepared the burger didn’t notice or care about the quality of the food they were serving. This is highly unprofessional and disgusting for a restaurant to serve food like this.

I called the store to report the issue, and the woman who answered the phone didn’t fully understand what I was explaining. She then handed the phone over to someone else. I repeated the situation to him, and he offered to make me a new burger (without apologizing for the poor quality of the one I received). I told him I didn’t want another burger and requested a refund instead. He told me that they don’t offer refunds, only replacements.

What kind of restaurant doesn’t offer refunds?

This location clearly needs management that truly cares about its customers’ experience.

Recently refreshed the dining room which was HORRIBLE. Nice now. Great to dine in or drive thru. Drive thru is tight as hell... watch out on the menu board approach. They need to stop with the crowns except when someone places an order for kid's stuff. Food is good, prices not so much. Accuracy and speed is great.
