Workers are rude place dirty and in a rush all the time and prices are very high and going higher ridiculous 😒 if u ask me

Don’t eat here, under cooks they’re chicken. The manager is Pedro this guy, extremely unprofessional. Restaurant looks gross. Staff are un clean someone’s going to end up in a lawsuit with them.

This place needs complete renovation. Bathroom was not the best, smelled horrendous. Only one toilet in the mens Bathroom, no urinal. I do not recommend.

If I could give this review zero stars I would and this is such a big pain that I have to give this at least one star. We have lived in the area for over 30 years and have gone to this Burger King for as long as I can remember, and we have gone through the drive-through over 150 times and after we order our meal 35% of the time we come home and we see that the order they gave us is wrong besides the fact that they give us the wrong order, they always always have a attitude problem and if you ask them something, they will be rude back to you. Needs to train these employees. And they could never listen you need to either buy better headphones or at least tell them to listen. this is so wrong The disappointment on my face is truly real. Be better for Your customers and America

Ordered a family pack with chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches. Both were obviously old or overcooked in appearance. I reported it to one of the workers behind the counter she stated the oil is old and need’s changing. Will go elsewhere in the future nobody wants to pay for old or overcooked food.

The first door you see on Verdugo Blvd is exit-only. You have to walk along the side, and enter in the door that brings you to the counter. I ordered a #1 on their breakfast menu with a coffee. Wasn't asked for my choice of hash browns or tater tots, but honestly, receiving the tater tots I feel was a better choice. Just a little confusing when I saw the receipt. Anyways, when I was given the coffee, the condiments were conveniently located right there, but usually at most cafe's or fast food restaurants, most of the condiments are conveniently located where you can quickly dump the things you don't need. Here, I had to take a couple extra steps. No worries! I'm not eating the most healthiest of fast food, so crab-walking to the trash to discard things is just a minor convenience. BUT, if they wanted to make it convenient, a tiny basket by the condiments to dump the creamer & sugar packets and the stirrer wrapping would be very convenient.Anyways, nice folks, clean place, food is on par.

Forced to give one star.This place is a dismal ghost town just read the reviews.I ate here and got so violently ill I crapped my pants 4 blocks away after leaving because I couldn't get to the park restroom quick enough.Disgusting place and even worse food.YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!!

No one was responding at the drive thru, so I pulled up to the window. I said “hello?” a few times then honked 3 times. I was about to leave when a worker finally came to the window seemingly hating his life. He didn’t apologize, he just walked over and looked at me. I had to ask if they were open and he just nodded. It was very strange, what the heck is going on with the service here? Y’all get it together, something is definitely wrong with this place. Last time the onion rings weren’t even cooked, the dough was wet and not fried. Just gross.

Ordered the whopper jr meal ,nuggets,+ ice coffee..cashier gives me my drink looks like chocolate milk...NO ICE!!!....was the ice gonna be an extra charge?..ps..dont come here in the summer...this place is a suana!!!...the weather inside is the same as outside +10 degrees !!.a customer complained about it being hot and the Asian lady supervisor solution was to prop open both doors!
