The first door you see on Verdugo Blvd is exit-only. You have to walk along the side, and enter in the door that brings you to the counter. I ordered a #1 on their breakfast menu with a coffee. Wasn't asked for my choice of hash browns or tater tots, but honestly, receiving the tater tots I feel was a better choice. Just a little confusing when I saw the receipt. Anyways, when I was given the coffee, the condiments were conveniently located right there, but usually at most cafe's or fast food restaurants, most of the condiments are conveniently located where you can quickly dump the things you don't need. Here, I had to take a couple extra steps. No worries! I'm not eating the most healthiest of fast food, so crab-walking to the trash to discard things is just a minor convenience. BUT, if they wanted to make it convenient, a tiny basket by the condiments to dump the creamer & sugar packets and the stirrer wrapping would be very convenient.Anyways, nice folks, clean place, food is on par.

Forced to give one star.This place is a dismal ghost town just read the reviews.I ate here and got so violently ill I crapped my pants 4 blocks away after leaving because I couldn't get to the park restroom quick enough.Disgusting place and even worse food.YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!!

No one was responding at the drive thru, so I pulled up to the window. I said “hello?” a few times then honked 3 times. I was about to leave when a worker finally came to the window seemingly hating his life. He didn’t apologize, he just walked over and looked at me. I had to ask if they were open and he just nodded. It was very strange, what the heck is going on with the service here? Y’all get it together, something is definitely wrong with this place. Last time the onion rings weren’t even cooked, the dough was wet and not fried. Just gross.

Ordered the whopper jr meal ,nuggets,+ ice coffee..cashier gives me my drink looks like chocolate milk...NO ICE!!!....was the ice gonna be an extra charge?..ps..dont come here in the summer...this place is a suana!!!...the weather inside is the same as outside +10 degrees !!.a customer complained about it being hot and the Asian lady supervisor solution was to prop open both doors!

I've been here a few times and thankfully without issue. The food is typical Burger King food. The latest thing I got was the ghost pepper whopper. It was surprisingly tasty and had a nice kick to it. Only weird thing is that sometimes their drive thru is closed.

This last time, at the drive-thru, the service was pretty bad. Maybe a rookie employee (but it wasn't a kid), but he didn't ask what sized meal, didn't ask what beverage (just defaulted to a coke), and didn't ask or say anything about dipping sauces for the chicken things.

This message is for the business owner only as the staff is doing whatever they can with very little. Either fix your icy machine or stop advertising. I live in the neighborhood and stop by frequently with my two kids specifically for those icy drinks. 8 out of 10 visits it's been broken! Please just take it out or fix it. I will remove this if you respond that you're doing one or the other. Just imagine a car full of crying children when you make your decision.

I know this is just a Burger King, but this is one of the WORST fast food restaurants, etc. that I have ever been to. I come here every other week to grab something quick with the family when timing is tight. However, they changed management and something happen with their service. They have people working here that really DO NOT KNOW how to run the cash registers, ring up orders, or even process app orders. Also food quality has gone downhill...even more so...for a fast food joint. The fries are cold and soggy, the burgers are cold with the cheese hard and not melted, and the chicken nuggets are dry and overcooked. Something happened within the past year that really changed this place. However, the worst thing that happened was the MANAGER, or she called herself the manager, didn't even know how to address a cashier error and fix an order mistake. I placed an order with the app and used reward codes/perks for some freebies. However, after placing the order, the cashier made a mistake and had to redo the whole order. Once the cashier did this, of course everything was lost, even my perk rewards I used for the order. When they rang up my order, they charged me for everything in my order, even the reward items that should have been free. When I told them this mistake, they said that I already used the reward codes and they can't input them again. However, this was the cashier's mistake! They erased the original order so everything was gone also the reward code with the perks. But the manager refused to do anything and said that it wasn't the right reward code. The manager didn't quite know how to explain it to me, so she had someone younger come and explain it again, which completely missed explanation. It wasn't that the reward code didn't have the perks on it, it was the original cashier deleted the order that had it, and it could only be used one. I left really upset since I go to this Burger King a lot, and of course, earned a lot of perks. But now I can't see myself going back at all. Burger King is a franchise, so there should be some quality control. But this one has gotten really bad that I needed to write a review about it.
