I go here often and the service is usually good. Definitely better than all other fast food type places. Today was even better. The gentleman who made my sandwich was Jeffrey and he deserves a shout out. He makes a perfect sandwich but that is not what stood out. You can tell he cares about what he does and pays attention to detail. If he applies this kind of work ethic to everything he does, I'm sure he will be successful. I was impressed cause you don't see this very often.

Our family enjoys Jersey Mike's, but this location is the worst in the area. We make the longer drive from La Crescenta to the La Canada location to pick up orders through the app. In La Canada's location we get fresh (not dried out) bread, correct orders, timely service and friendly employees. The only way to get a correct order or get your avocados in La Crescenta is by going in person. If you stand there and watch them make it, you can catch the mistakes. Even still, the wait will be long and the bread will be incredibly bad. Very poorly managed location with apathetic employees. Such a bummer.

Sandwiches are good, wait time is excessive. I feel as though online orders are given priority despite people waiting in line. That's was the what occurred my last time. Not worth the wait for me as it has happened the last 2 times. 15 minute wait for a sandwich with no one in line just isn't logical.

Jersey Mike's is one of the best sandwiches you'll find from a sandwich chain. Unfortunately this particular one in La Crescenta is poorly managed. They've screwed up on so many of my food delivery orders, that I've decided to go on Yelp and rate them. They just forgot my avocados for the third time on my club sandwich. They've forgot my chips & cookies before, and mistakes on other sandwiches. I've been in there a few times to order, and the employees seem happy, but a little too talkative with each other. I had to interrupt them with a question before, because they were having an important conversation about one of their friends car. My guess is management doesn't care what we think, because notice they never respond to these negative reviews, like several restaurants that care do. I give them 3 stars though, because their sandwiches are so good. If you can order from another Jersey Mike's, I would recommend it. The one in Eagle Rock is more professional and really good. They care about their service and have a good manager.

The service and atmosphere did not seem very clean. Around the store there would be flies flying around and in some instances near the food, the service was really slow and a lot of the workers looked like they did not know what to do, as well as the subs being places on the plain table. This occurred on 6/24/23.

Yes, COVID protocols are ceasing to exist but the sandwich makers should keep wearing masks like other food industries. I've witnessed the staff joke around above sandwiches being made with saliva flying onto the sandwich being created and it's pretty gross.
