Toasted Café is a wonderful spot! The sandwiches are perfectly toasted and full of flavor, the Caprese salad is fresh and delicious, and the strawberry salad is a perfect mix of sweet and savory. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this café and will definitely return.

High prices, bland coffee. Floors are sticky, they want you to bus your own table, but they also don't wipe the tables so they are all dirty. Been here 3 times and they never get the order right. They're conveniently located so I WANT to like them, but this was my last time. A short walk to Paradiso is worth it for better coffee, better pastries, better service. I keep trying to like this place but its just not great food/drinks for the price, and the dirty atmosphere makes it uncomfortable.

Thier website claims they're gluten free, but inside the store there's very clear signage indicating that the same equipment is used for everything, so it's not actually an option if you have allergies or celiac.
It'd be nice if their website explicitly mentioned that there's cross contamination with flour/wheat bread, instead of only explicitly saying that they have gluten free options. It was very frustrating and misleading that front and center on their website they mentioning being gluten free, and then don't have any protocol for avoiding cross contamination. The sign they had up instead just explicitly said that they use the same equipment, without mention of any options if you actually really need to avoid wheat for medical reasons.

Like many others, I used to LOVE this place. But I’ve also noticed a changed. The toast used for their plates used to be big, thick slices that were amazing! Now the slices of toast are incredibly small and pitiful. They also used to have very good and well made lattes… but the one I received today was little more than hot milk that could’ve just been warmed in a microwave. The quality has by far gone down, so this may be the last time I make special trips to come here, which makes me sad. It used to be my happy place. I don’t come here to feel disappointed, and this time I definitely left disappointed. It’s not worth their prices anymore.
