Found along the way of an alternate route, definitely a cool atmosphere! Alot of original building materials still in place. CLEAN BATHROOMS are located out back.

Im my younger days i spent alot of time in Death Valley, in the small mining towns bars and let me tell ya, this place definitely brought those memories back.

If you're traveling from the south, thru or to coulterville, take this route and rest stop here, it avoids coming in from the east (absolutely treacherous mountain roads) white knuckle switchback stuff.

This route has nice roads, no shear cliffs and of course, LOUIES PLACE SALOON.

Had the cowboy burger, cooked correctly, not overly sauced, kid had chicken tenders. Everything enjoyed the experience and food.

Also a good selection of liquor!

Bartender didn't seem to want to be there but food was awesome and the server was awesome.

Great place for a bite when camping. Food was awesome. Service was slow. TriTip sandwiches should not take 30 minutes to make. The place wasn't very busy when we ordered. Very nice staff.

I think it's the only restaurant/bar in town of 166 population open for fun at night. They also have outdoor seating in the back and karaoke inside.

Food was absolutely amazing. Everyone with me agrees the food was fresh, Seasoned and cooked well. This place is charming and is definitely a hidden gem. We ran into it by accident on our way home back to sacramento california. Owner and staff was also really great. We will be back. Thanks for a little town experience with big food taste

Usually, this bar is awesome, but on hot days, it sucks NO AIR CONDITIONER IN THIS PLACE. Feel sorry for the ladies who work there. Was planning on eating there till we got there, and it felt like 90 degrees. It's way too hot to enjoy a drink at that temperature
