First time going to 7 Hills, certainly won’t be the last. We made the drive from Irvine and was definitely worth it. We got the supreme tavern style pizza, probably top three best thin crusts I’ve ever had. Wings and fries were honestly just as good. Just a nice clean place, everyone looked very happy, was just good to see.

Every pizza here is unreal — the pesto sausage is next-level and absolutely unforgettable. The Caesar salad is perfection (honestly one of the best I’ve had), and leaving without a cannoli should be illegal!!!!! Absolutely off the charts- best cannoli ever. Incredible food, amazing service, and an overall experience that makes you want to come back immediately!

Stopped by here on my recent vacation from close friend who recommended it. Our party tried both tavern and artisan crust. Crusts were absolutely perfect. We had potato, margarita and pesto pizzas. Ingredients were excellent! Tomato sauce was sweet, mild with low acidity. The mozzarella was milky and slightly sweet. Our party liked the sausage and meatballs sides but I can not attest to those. We also tried 2 desserts; a rich and creamy cannoli and a delicious 3 layer chocolate cake. A sufficient wine and beer selection available.

Pizza is quite good, a little overpriced. Order and pay at counter, they bring food and drinks to your table. Noise level is a little high, as it is very popular among young families.

It’s the only pizzeria in the area, which probably explains the five-star rating. The staff were generally friendly, except for the cashier, who was unable or unwilling to help us with our order or explain the menu. She also wouldn’t allow us to order a half-and-half pizza, which was disappointing. We also weren’t allowed to sit before ordering, even though we were with kids, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Pizza has nice crust.
A great little gem in Rancho Mission Viejo. Their pizza with artisan crust is delicious, and we look forward to trying their other pizzas. Tip: if you ride the Los Patrones trail to its southern terminus, 7 Hills Pizza is a good place to rest and eat before you head back the other way.
