Gavin at the Ladera Ranch location is a stellar employee. He provided the best customer service and made our day. The milkshakes were perfect and the store was sparkly clean. He deserves to be recognized as an outstanding member of the company! Thanks Gavin

Came in at 9:08pm tonight, hours say open until 10:00pm on Tuesdays… a little under an hour left. We walked in and they were moping all the floors so couldn’t walk anywhere. They said they were about to close and I thought that meant make it quick. I asked for a scoop of chocolate and guy behind the counter looks down and I think he was on his phone and says “Oh, we don’t have chocolate.” I look into the coolers and there was no ice cream in them at all. So if close is really 9:30pm then I guess my mistake but if it’s 10:00pm these guys prepped to close an hour before closing.

Hours are wrong! Store closed at 9 pm, but google maps shows that they are open until 10. Please correct this!

Employee was not welcoming at all, didn’t offer any samples or even talk until we were at the register. Additionally they were missing many flavors, worker skimped on the scoop and the topping, and he neglected to inform us of the 31% discount when you download the app on the 31st of a month. Tables were dirty and floor was sticky.
Ice cream was alright. Very disappointing.

This place is a dump. The sign doesn’t even work and its very smelly in there. don’t understand why people go here.

They constantly leave early and not open till 10. Super annoying to load a family up and drive to a closed store.

They're ice-cream tastes good, BUT unfortunately, they don't give you a full scoop, bummer😟😳

Our grandkids were excited to get a scoop of ice cream after school on red ribbon week. We drove all the way to this location only to find out that they do not honor it. Will never go back to this location.

Missing half the flavors again and they just seem annoyed to serve. Not sure why I keep coming back here. Trust the reviews on this and go somewhere else.

They are very nice and polite but do not add a full scoop when getting a two scoop cup or a fresh packed quart. There was so much empty room in the quart and they didn't pack it down like they should. This ice cream is not cheap and you should get what you pay for. The 2 scoop cup I ordered were tiny scoops for full price.

Pretty clean restaurant, great tasting ice cream with a lot of variety in their flavors, and solid service! They are also willing to give out several samples. The prices aren’t great, but our BR is still pretty good and a much-loved place in the area.

Dietary restrictions: There are some dairy-free choices that are pretty decent; they taste distinctly different but still good. Also, there may be gluten-free options, though I’m not 100% sure about that and haven’t tried them.

Hi there :)! My family and I came in both nights Saturday 12/9 and Sunday 12/10 to celebrate and unfortunately were provided with two different forms of customer service.Firstly; let me start with SUNDAY NIGHT of 12/10/23 the 2 girls (one curly red head and one with air pods) running the store clearly don't know how to manage a business. NOTHING was stocked up ( cups, spoons, toppings, even the ice cream was extremely low I had to chose a different flavor ). The store was extremely dirty walking in sprinkles and leaving with ur feet all sticky. Not only that, but they were efficiently slow when taking customers. I'm surprised, I come to this location often with my kids, but the employees I described tonight weren't trained correctly like the other lads I've seen.Now; nothing went wrong Saturday night of 12/9, but I had to mention the difference. The employees provided respect when serving, were very quick and had my family out the store in minutes WHILE also having the store look clean, and just the complete opposite of Sunday night when I returned with my nanas.Tip; hire more people for closing, it looks like some of ur employees need more help and training in the night! All respect we are regulars and will be returning hoping to see changes (:

the worst shake i've ever had. flavorless, watery, and just plain terrible. Horrible customer service- combative employees. I would rather go ANYWHERE ELSE. do better baskin-robbins.

11/1/23 OUTSTANDING service! Store is kept extremely clean and provides great customer service. I had stopped by around 8:58PM and decided with the classic RockyRoad, which never misses the spot. ☺️

Kid-friendliness: The staff were patient and well mannered in multiple ways considering they look like teenagers.. LOL
