Hi there :)! My family and I came in both nights Saturday 12/9 and Sunday 12/10 to celebrate and unfortunately were provided with two different forms of customer service.Firstly; let me start with SUNDAY NIGHT of 12/10/23 the 2 girls (one curly red head and one with air pods) running the store clearly don't know how to manage a business. NOTHING was stocked up ( cups, spoons, toppings, even the ice cream was extremely low I had to chose a different flavor ). The store was extremely dirty walking in sprinkles and leaving with ur feet all sticky. Not only that, but they were efficiently slow when taking customers. I'm surprised, I come to this location often with my kids, but the employees I described tonight weren't trained correctly like the other lads I've seen.Now; nothing went wrong Saturday night of 12/9, but I had to mention the difference. The employees provided respect when serving, were very quick and had my family out the store in minutes WHILE also having the store look clean, and just the complete opposite of Sunday night when I returned with my nanas.Tip; hire more people for closing, it looks like some of ur employees need more help and training in the night! All respect we are regulars and will be returning hoping to see changes (:

the worst shake i've ever had. flavorless, watery, and just plain terrible. Horrible customer service- combative employees. I would rather go ANYWHERE ELSE. do better baskin-robbins.

Jesus deserves a raise! came in because my shake was ruined yesterday and the workers argued about it but came back in today and Jesus made it better no questions asked!

Horrible strawberry milkshakes comparable in richness and flavor to the McDonalds across the street. My strawberry milkshake was so gross, it was not thick at all and had zero flavor. It tasted like nothing. I went back in and asked if they could make another and the lady started argueing with me and you could tell that her coworker wanted to remake the shake but she wouldn't budge and insisted that it was my fault. Cold stone was 18 minutes away otherwise I would have gone there. Don't come here if you want a shake, the consistency alone will be watery. Goto goldstone it's rich and thick.

So went in there to get ice cream today was at 730 and they are closed the sign at the front says they are open till 9.....you should change the hours if your gona close early just saying

11/1/23 OUTSTANDING service! Store is kept extremely clean and provides great customer service. I had stopped by around 8:58PM and decided with the classic RockyRoad, which never misses the spot. ☺️Kid-friendliness: The staff were patient and well mannered in multiple ways considering they look like teenagers.. LOL

The girls who worked closing today had amazing customer service! Came in before closing with the family for a late night treat and they attended us quickly and efficiently for us being 10 people for two workers to handle. Will definitely be back at this location!

I visited the store today (23- Oct) at 8:38 pm. The employees closed the store and were wrapping up for the day. The store as per the store hours was supposed to be open till 9 pm as per the hours displayed at the store. I saw 2 employees working inside. I tried to ask them from outside why the store is closed, they did not paid attention and did not respond, they seem to be arguing amongst themselves. I could not pick birthday cake for my wife. Because it was 8:40 pm already, all other bakery stores were closed. I returned home without a cake. Why have they closed the store before closing hours? How can I escalate this?
Very poor customer service. There were 3 people working when my family and I came in mid afternoon on a Friday and 2 ladies (1 maybe high school age and another older woman) were too involved in their own conversation to even look up and acknowledge or help us. I would also like to mention we were the only people there, so it's not like it was busy. One guy helped us after ignoring us for a few minutes and had zero people skills. So disappointing as we took our young daughter as a special outing. Thought this was a family friendly place..my bad. For how much we paid for the ice cream and the attitudes of the employees we will not be returning to this location. The ice cream tasted good and maybe it was just an off day for them, so giving 2 stars, instead of 1.

This is a decent ice cream spot if you're in the area. I was running errands on a weekday afternoon and stopped here to energize myself with a treat.This is a nice location with a patio area to sit (there are a couple tables inside too). They have plenty of flavors to choose from and a large freezer full of ice cream cakes.I ordered a two scoop sundae, choosing caramel turtle truffle and chocolate chip as my flavors. They topped it with hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. I sat outside and snarfed it down.The chocolate chip ice cream was fine but the caramel turtle truffle was disappointing as it had only a couple of the truffles and minimal ribbons of caramel; it mostly tasted like a scoop of vanilla. At least the scoops were generous. They were very stingy on the hot fudge but I think they thought they were making up for it with an overabundance of whipped cream and nuts. It wasn't the best sundae I ever had but it satisfied my craving.

Sooooooooo ummmmmmmm, of course the ice cream is great. We come here with our family all the time. We will be back!Here's just a note to the owners: Hey owners, we had a rough experience here tonight (May 31, 2023 8:33pm). The "open" sign was off, the pendant lights were off, the menu TV's were off and the people working the store didn't want us there. They had very wetly mopped the floor and put the mop bucket and mop at the door so we couldn't get in easily. (I have a determined husband). So we go in with our 4 little kids and our two year old kept slipping and falling. To the point where we just had to carry her. Anyway, no big deal on our part. We were served, ate amazing ice cream and had a great time. Just thought the owners would want to know what's going down in their business. (Also, kinda funny: my husband is the least litigious litigator ever. Haha! He would never sue a small business like this, he would prefer to defend them. But you should just know it was a dangerous slip-and-fall potential lawsuit.)Will be back!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Came in on Sunday 5/21 at 8:10pm looking for a two scoop sundae. Lights were off or on low, the menu screens were off, the floors were mopped and the table and chairs were stacked. I asked for a two scoop sundae and she said, "No" and pointed to the menu boards. I looked at her confused. She continued to say, "we don't allow that at this time." I said, "It's 8 o'clock. What time do you guys close?" She said, "9 o'clock." So, we turned around and left. Horrible, horrible service. We will not return.
