Surprisingly impressed with the quality of their food. Ordered a Whopper Combo. Food was fresh, delicious and presented nicely as it actually appeared on the menu. Burger King has really improved their quality since our last visit years ago. Will be returning.

So I love Burger King! It's my favorite fast food restaurant! I will eat here regardless since it's the only Burger King left not so near me. If you are in the same situation, please check your order. I ordered from this location and when I got home, I was missing a double whopper with cheese. I called the store and spoke to someone called Raul and I provided my info so that when I go back, I could get what was owed me. I went back today to buy food for the family and asked about the missing sandwich from before. The person told me that nothing was written down about it. I asked for Raul and then was told that no one named Raul works there. Well, I felt I got taken... I know it's only $8 - $10 bucks but it felt cheated. Anyways, please check your orders when you get your food. I will still be loyal to the king just have to remember to check my orders from now on.

I came in yesterday on my 30 minute lunch break. Even though I had to park out on front, those fries were hot and delicious. The lady who took my order was kind and polite. It was quick enough to allow me to wolf it down, and get back to my job with 15 minutes to spare. I was so hungry that day, normally I would have just bought a bit of cheddar cheese and sat in the parking lot, however on that day I felt ravenous. The Jr. whopper and hot fries so quickly made, has made this experience my go to on days such as these. Best experience I've had in awhile , I highly recommend for strange days. Perhaps if I had all the time in the world I could've made a better critique. It got the job done! I owe and owe so off to work I go! Thank you for making my day a little brighter!

There should be more tables int he kids area but I think it's fine as they have some good playground.. food is always a solid 8.5 to 9 (10 being max)Kid-friendliness: It has a really nice play area
Yesterday i wanted Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Oreo Cookie Shake and Chicken Nuggets,was surprised at the Genuine Team Players, employed at this Ladera Heights Burger King, when i entered all the staff were genuinely Happy and Had Smiley faces .My food order was really tasty and eased my Hunger Pains, very clean Burger King Restaurant , the Team Players were on the same Page.Thank You .Thee Counselor

Lost 2 stars across the board for employees not being friendly and I also did NOT appreciate being talked down to when I asked about the "in your face" sign stating that the store can refuse service to anyone they wish. We are in California not the Jim Crow South of the yester-century.
