Amazing specialty coffee spot! Blue Hummingbird roasts some seriously top-notch single-origin beans—my latte was smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The vibe is cozy and inviting, with a beautiful, chill atmosphere that's great for working or hanging out. Friendly baristas who know their stuff, fresh pastries, and solid options like cold brew and matcha too. Tucked in Rancho Mission Viejo but totally worth the trip—clean, welcoming, and one of the best coffee experiences in South OC!

I’ve had a few of the different matcha and it is absolutely the best! The coffee shop itself is super cute with an area outside to sit at and walk around with the best views and the staff is very kind and friendly!

I adore this place. I’ve been coming for years now and recently have started increasing my visits due to proximity certain days of the week. They’re always friendly and kind; it helps make my day that much brighter when I come in and get to have a little chat with whoever takes my order behind the bar. Our decaf Americanos always hit the spot. No notes.

This clean, casual, community style, open seating, unpretentious, standard priced, limited parking, selective menu should be a neighborhood staple.
We had a Latte $5.75 , Flat White$5.25 and Breakfast burrito $12.50
Quick service, friendly staff, and melodic folk music suited the space.
Stop in for a visit!

This is a hidden gem in RMV! It has a great outdoor space, trails to go on, and a beautiful view to sit and have coffee. I highly recommend

Great little coffee shop, clean and neat with very friendly staff. I actually messed up my order and they helped me out without concern and they had a great variety of vegan donuts to pick from!

This coffee is amazing. I live in Kentucky and the coffee i received was well packaged and very very fresh and packaged air tight. way better than the big store chain. I was on a search to find a very low caffeine coffee that tastes o.k. and I found it! It tastes wonderful.
