Service is always excellent. The food is delivered to your table hot and in a timely manor. Tristin is great, full of energy and makes you feel welcome every time. We come back for the food and the excellent service Tristin consistently provides. You can't go wrong at Ladera Chick-fil-a.
Who doesn't like chicken. I loved it except that the employee who gives the food forgot to give us the condiments. Often happens. ☺️

I think hospitality is hard at a fast food restaurant, because of its very nature, but Sophia made dining in here all the worthwhile. Quick step, reassurance, and offers to refill with a smile are always appreciated. Thank you for making dining in so worthwhile, can’t wait to come back.

Love the food! Friendly service. For some reason though, I keep having a problem--like more than half the time--when I order a Chick Fil A Deluxe sandwich and I do anything like switch the regular cheese to pepper jack (or even Colby Jack, today), more often than not I get a Spicy Deluxe sandwich when I pickup. I always order online so it's not a matter of mishearing my order. Hopefully this feedback helps somehow. Thanks.
