Once the person at the register realized I hadn’t been helped everything was smooth sailing after that. They never disappoint with their great service: Probably the best I've seen in the industry. They got my order wrong and took care of it right away. I wish all staff members at every restaurant would take a page out of Chick-fil-A's customer service playbook. I tried their pretzel bun for the first time today and it was very good. I'd order it again.
I took my daughter to this location because the one in our area is closed. She said the food was good, but she was upset that instead of calling her name, they asked for it when she ordered. The employee shouted, “Girl in the black tank top, your order is ready.” She thought that was a bit rude since the receipt did have her name printed on it. Guess 14-year-olds get embarrassed easily. She now makes me drive her even further.😖
