Though I am plant-forward, there are few things here that I can order such as the salad, edamame and the bento box (though I ended ip giving the shrimp tempura to a friend that I did linch with). Service is very good. Love how they keep the bathroom clean and love the orchid touch in the wash basin!

So I used to love this place. When I went the last few times I asked for sriracha I was told they were out. Only to watch them deliver a roll with sriracha for someone else. I didn’t want to confront them but my other two girlfriends there did and they ended up bringing me some on the side. Went there a second time forgetting the big ordeal about it and they told me I can’t have it on the side bc it’s expensive. The third time I went I brought my own damn bottle. Bottom line I’m over feeling like having a little sriracha on the side. Sushi is ok!

Great sushi and the service over the years has been very good but last Tuesday, the restaurant LOST my credit card! That is correct, they took possession of it to pay my bill and then couldn't find it - unbelievable. They apologized but there must be something in their handling of credit cards that allowed this to happen!

Westernized Japanese restaurants no longer have the taste of Japanese food and are not delicious.

5 stars for everything! The service was incredibly fast, compared to other restaurants I have been to. Their popcorn lobster… it is just amazing. Exquisite. Delicious… I had a personal experience, as I hadn’t had this kind of popcorn lobster since I was 8 years old…Anyways, their sushi and miso soup were amazing. Great service, great food, would recommend. I was not paid to write this (even how much it looks like it), I just loved this place

Choya Japanese Cuisine is a fantastic restaurant for sushi lovers. Their wide variety of signature rolls is a feast for the eyes and taste buds. Packed with delicious fish, the rolls are a delightful combination of flavors. The sashimi is also exceptional, and don't miss the opportunity to try their flavorful hot rolls. Choya Japanese Cuisine guarantees a remarkable dining experience that showcases the artistry and flavors of Japanese cuisine.

I’m super picky about sushi and this place is one I’ll for sure be coming back to! It’s clean, really nice, and more importantly, delicious. I tried the Mother’s Baked Roll and the Baja California roll and I would order both again. The Mothers Baked Roll is full of flavor, and the Baja Ca roll is fresh! We also tried the Garlic edamame which was cooked perfectly. I’m not a fan of soggy edamame, so this restaurant cooked it to perfection. The garlic crunches made it even better! We also ordered a glass of wine and they’re not stingy with their pours, which made us very happy. We will be coming back :)

Sushi chefs here are the best and so nice! The rolls were amazing and priced between about $15 to $22.Had a very nice Merlot.Yellowtail roll I had with tuna inside and Jalapeño on top was my favorite. Also enjoyed the garlic edamame.Easy 5 star sushi restaurant and some of the best sushi in Orange County that I’ve tried but with a small restaurant friendly vibe.

I had heard from family that it was good.I’m pretty picky about my sushi after a lot of bad experiences with it, but this place was really good! Super fresh. Great portion sizes. Good service. Sometimes sushi places only have good special rolls and the other regular rolls are meh, but this place is good all around. Definitely recommend it.

Amazingly great find. Toro sashimi was spot on. Combo bento boxes had plenty of food. Chicken was super flavorful and tender. Wash everything down with your own small pot of green tea. Perfect for a fall evening dinner.
