Domino's Pizza

I was supposed to get two m pizzas. I only received 1

I ordered a personal pizza and I asked for extra cheese. The very friendly person on the phone said he would just toss a little extra cheese on it. I think he meant that he wasn’t going to charge me. I wish he charged me. My pizza only had cheese on half of it. It didn’t even have sauce on it 1/2. It tasted lousy. And look at it. Absolutely no love or care was put into making it. I get that this is not the most exciting job but at least honor when you say on the phone.

They gave me wrong pizza, i am allergic to meat and they gave meat pizza, i drove total 15 mules again to pick up my pizza

What a TERRIBLE customer service this place has. I walked in to pick up my mobile order and the lady employee with short hair completely ignores me and carries on the chitchat with a previous customer. I wasted 10 mins becuz of this bs and got my pizza when another employee came in.

This place is a complete joke. Ordered pizza at 530 because it said 30 minute delivery. It’s now almost 720 and no pizza and they don’t answer the phones at all.

We haven’t had the problems mentioned in the 1-star reviews. We usually order two pizzas, breadsticks, and a salad. Our order is usually delivered or ready for pickup reasonably on time. We haven’t had problems with missing sauce, hair, etc. (We have had problems like these at other restaurants.) This Dominoes stays open later and is more reliable than the Z Pizza we used to have in Ladera Ranch.

Was craving their advertised pineapple and ham pizza. I picked it up to take home. Service was quick, personnel were great and the pizza was really good.

Honestly the greasiest pizza with little or no sauce. The box is not wet, that is grease... and when you pick up the pizza slices your hand is caked in grease. Taste is just as bad. Awful never again.
Being busy is not excuse. As you can see you can't blame pepperoni...

I was just there and got 4 medium pizza! The ladies running the store, my pizza was cooked perfectly and the toppings on the pizza were good amount! Very pleased!
