I had a terrible delivery experience in October and have been waiting to hear back regarding my complaint filed since the end of October. I have reached out to Domino's corporate four times with no response. Long story short, we ordered pizza for our daughter's birthday party and not only did it arrive a half hour late with no explanation or apology, we were accused by the delivery driver of not paying for the pizza, even though we *ordered online with a credit card* so that would be impossible. He then parked in the middle of the street unsafely and refused to give us the pizza until he confirmed we paid with his storefront. I wasted 45 minutes of my time, during my daughter's party, trying to get this issue resolved. Unless I hear back with a positive response, I will never be ordering from here again, which is unfortunate because this location has been our go to for all parties and get togethers.

Place is horrible. They don’t answer calls. Pizza comes completely damaged. Site people are very rude when and if they answer. Call their corporate if this happens to you.

Food that can be taken when the fridge is empty, when you feel too lazy to cook. They advertise a price then when you decide what to get that price goes double or triple. No good.

This turned out to be a 45 minute wait with an additional 20 minute wait because Hilda ordered 25 pizzas and her friend ordered 40 pizzas that same morning. What's wrong with people nowadays who don't give advanced notice and courtesy to the store workers who have to work so hard to complete these big orders. The least you can do is plan ahead for a big holiday like the 4th of July holiday. You don't even tip them and good you had to walk all pizzas to your car by yourself!

Absolutely unacceptable service – avoid this location at all costs!

On the night of June 18th, 2025 at 10 PM, I called this restaurant at CORPORATE IN LADERA RANCH to place a delivery order. I was told I could only order online, which I did immediately. However, my order never arrived, and I received no call or update regarding the status of it.

The following morning, I tried contacting the store multiple times, but they either ignored the calls or hung up as soon as they saw my number. Out of frustration, I called again using a private number, and suddenly someone answered—the same woman who took my order the night before. (Truth or both she said her name is sally)
She seemed surprised and claimed she had been “busy cooking” and couldn’t answer the phone. She then rudely told me the order had been “left at the door in the morning,” without offering any apology or explanation.

Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed another manager and made it clear she wasn’t interested in fixing the issue. This was not the first time I’ve had problems with this location—the first time, they delivered cold pizza, and now this.

This kind of service is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful to customers. I highly recommend avoiding this branch entirely. There are far better pizza places that actually care about their customers and deliver what they promise.

It has to be a joke why sell pizzas if you can't afford to put cheese on them. The operator must not be able to afford thier rent to be doing this kind of crap!

Pan pizza dough was RAW. There was a layer with cheese caked on it and the dough itself was RAW, not undercooked or “soft.” Called the store to report the problem. Lady I spoke to was really nice. General store manager was not in. I was told to expect a refund for the pizza in 20ish days. I was also offered a free replacement or a free pizza for next time.

I ordered a personal pizza and I asked for extra cheese. The very friendly person on the phone said he would just toss a little extra cheese on it. I think he meant that he wasn’t going to charge me. I wish he charged me. My pizza only had cheese on half of it. It didn’t even have sauce on it 1/2. It tasted lousy. And look at it. Absolutely no love or care was put into making it. I get that this is not the most exciting job but at least honor when you say on the phone.
