Crazy but true. I ordered a pizza, pizza bites and with tax it came to $19.91. It was not enough (needed to be $20.) for delivery.Even if I added tip to the bill it didn't qualify. I am not talking about free delivery.

This Dominos store is amazing, the employees are so kind and always go above and beyond. The pizza is delicious every time, it’s the only carryout pizza restaurant I go to now. Their app also has a great rewards system. Thank you Dominos Ladera!

Always very slow, arriving 15-30 minutes after estimation, even at non-peak times. Pizza often lukewarm. On a large pizza, the crust takes up too much space and the cheese is thin. It's always a last resort.

Order from another dominos if you really want their pizza. Had the same probably as some of the other reviews. The tracker will say that the pizza is being delivered, and the order will say complete, but of course nothing ever shows up. It is a waste of time ordering from here.

Definitely the BEST Dominos in OC! I'm always greeted by name, with a smile, and by an order that's perfect and ready. Theresa the manager is totally committed to a great customer experience and it shows. I'm always thrilled to have my order cooked by Tanya....always perfect. That's why they get my return business!!

This is the best Dominos in OC. I live right across from one and still make it to this one because I know I’m guaranteed a delicious meal EVERY TIME. They are very kind and always accommodating. Theresa is a hard worker! She’s here every time I come in. Not only is she amazing but her team is as well! If you want dominos, come to Ladera if you can! You won’t be disappointed or dissatisfied with food or service.

You can never go wrong with their pizza, especially when their crust is brushed with garlic butter – it's a chef's kiss. My go-to is always a vegetarian pizza with pineapples and mushrooms. Yes, pineapples do belong on pizza, and it's the best.There are always deals in the stores. My recommendation is to check out their website and get the deals for an inexpensive dinner for two or more nights. Pro tip: If you have an air fryer, use that to reheat your refrigerated pizza.

Came in late and Theresa (the manager) was very helpful and made me a pizza despite the store being closed. Had a very good chat with her and all the workers were all very on task. 10/10 would recommend.

Payed $66 for 2 large cheese, 1 medium pepperoni, and some garlic twists. called it in for pickup over the phone, was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I get there in about 10, homie at the front was nice, gave him a $10 tip. waited there for over 30 minutes, 15 minutes through I asked about my order, nobody seemed to have any idea about it. 15 minutes later, someone asks me "what is the name on your order?" And I told them the name, and the lady goes "oh. let's see about that". She goes to the back, pulls out 2 COLD large cheese pizza, and 1 COLD medium pizza, and hands them to me in the box. I also had ordered 2 orders of garlic twists,however they only included 1, the one included was cold as well. When I went to pay for the 2L soda of Dr Pepper, she charged me, then 3 minutes later someone comes up to me saying that I still needed to pay for more of the soda because they had only charged me $4. Seemed pretty odd to me? Waste of $80.
