Very bad service and bad new manager! I ordered online went to drive thru to give my Code but she left and started taking other cars orders in meantime 4 cars went ahead of me! The male manager didn’t even apologize!

Food tastes good, and the app makes everything cheaper which is nice. The workers here can be so mean sometimes though, it depends who’s working cause at night sometimes there chill but other nights there rude which I hate to say.

Really lazy staff. Kids area is disgusting every time, and it’s the last visit today. Today a staff member dropped a big fountain drink on the floor in a doorway, and instead of cleaning it up just plopped a wet floor sign on it and left it. 🤣. I know it’s McDonalds, but seriously lazy stuff. Gross.

Today, I had the worst experience at McDonald's. The french fries were unsalted and not fresh. My 'Double Cheeseburger' wasn't great either. They forgot the onions and mustard, and the pickles with ketchup were only in the middle. The patty was not very fresh. This is clearly poor service from the staff, and unfortunately, I no longer want to order anything from there.

Situational Adventures
This has to be the worst McDs in OC. And it’s bad nearly every visit. Owner has higher prices and missing happy meal options to make more profit. No urgency in getting orders out fast. Always waiting for fries and other items. Orders incorrect more than half the time.
Wish the San Juan Cap location was closer. They have national pricing, all happy meal options and their managers care.
Wish I could never go to this McDs again, but 10yo kid wants to go here sometimes and it’s our closest McDs to us.
