I ordered 2 bowl of noodles and black pepper chicken. There is less than 50grams of chicken (less than 2 tablespoons ) in the bowl!! It is full of onions and cabbage! Tastes very average, no black pepper in black pepper chicken! My kid’s bowls of orange chicken and teriyaki chicken doesn’t taste good too! I will never go back to that place and never recommend anyone to go to this location!!! Our dinner is totally spoiled!!

The food here is okay… But the main problem with this specific location is their proportions and others seem to be having the same problem too. It always seems to be way smaller than what you’d get at other locations. I wanted to love this location because I love panda express and this one is closest to me but every time I go it disappoints me. It is not worth your money and its better off to eat a different Panda Express to get your money’s worth.

I’ve ate Panda Express many times, but this one had the smallest portions, it had about 1/3 the normal amount. The service was also unfriendly. Never coming back EVER again.

I usually don't eat fast food Chinese, but today was an exception. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp which I would not order again because it tasted not very fresh. Plus they only gave me six shrimps, whereas my wife got eight shrimps. I also order the honey sesame chicken breast which is something I would recommend and taste similar to the honey walnut shrimp in my opinion. Of course the portions can always be a little bit bigger as I still feel hungry after eating the two Choice plate.

Generally, I give Panda Express a 4/5 out of the fast food sector. I like it, and try to eat there every couple weeks. The numerical rating of this review reflects this general experience.Tonight, I would say it earned 1 star due to poor food quality. It was 5:30pm on a Wednesday. The Mushroom Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken were very much over-sauced, resulting in a very black appearance and a taste that could only be described as terribly bitter. The mushroom chicken appearance is normally fairly clear, not dark brown. It also seemed like these two dishes were there for a LONG time, so they didn't taste, smell or look fresh at all. I could barely even make out some of the ingredients. I hardly made it through a few bites of the mushroom chicken, which was the worst.I did tell them about this, and normally wouldn't post a negative review after informing a restaurant of its mistake, but in this case it was bad enough that I fear I have been negatively conditioned to not try again for a long time. :-(

Managers should be ready for rush time like dinner. Running out of items and waiting long time for them to be prepared it's just not acceptable. It's happened twice already in this location during dinner time (6pm)

The employees are nice here but I am more concerned about the food. I visited this location tonight because I was in the same plaza. The orange chicken came out fresh and was so over done it was dry. Also I waited for the fresh chowmein and it was so dry I spit it out. Until they fix this, go somewhere else.

The food is ok. But dang do they skimp you on serving sizes bad. And if you ask for teriyaki or soy sauce they give you the least amount possible. I spent 10$ on this food you can spare some sauce that's worth a couple of cents

what's the point of ordering ahead? I arrive at the time the app told me my order was ready for pickup, I waited about 5 minutes before one of the employees could help me. The employee went to go check on my order and never came back to give me an ETA on my order. I sat down and waited 15 more minutes for my order (mind you it was only 2 plates... orange chicken and fried rice). The store wasn't busy either so I don't understand the wait. People started coming in and we're out with their food in a matter of 2 minutes. The employee came up to me and said "one more minute on your order". Was it a minute? NOPE it was another 5-7 minutes. Once my order was ready the worker didn't even bother handing me my order, just walked away and avoided me. Very frustrating ordering 15-20 minutes in advance and having to wait an additional 30-35 minutes in store for to plates... and yes they did have both orange chicken and fried rice available. Won't be coming back to this location because this isn't the first time it's happened to me.

The food and service was good. Employees are hard working and deserve more respect with all these children running around.

Unfortunately this place has horrendous service. One of the employees (Rick)was extremely disrespectful rolling his eyes at us and whispering to another employee. When our food was served we had only received 5 pieces of orange chicken and when we returned to ask if we could have more he rudely answered no. I've always had a great experience at Panda Express but unfortunately this was the exception. I suggest placing your order somewhere else:(
