Reading through some of the other negative reviews makes me sad. I love this place, but that’s also because I order something very specific every time. 3-scoop Tuna poké bowl with a variety of toppings. Their service, topping selection, and food volume is all top-notch. I haven’t tried any of the other dishes, but their tuna Poke is a safe bet and has never let me down. Their Jalapeño sauce is so refreshing and provides an amazing kick.

wouldn’t let me add half salad to my poke burrito. never been to a poke place that wouldn’t add it, especially when it says online that you can. definitely not coming back for lunch

Liked this place before because they are one of the few places that offers cooked meats with the poke bowl. We ordered 2 grill bowlz to be delivered and were delivered someone elses order. Okay, no problem, we just decide to drive 20 minutes out to get it instead. We read them word for word our order and are given just a basic beef bowl. Beef and rice. None of the toppings I asked for. Not worth the drive or the price and incredibly dissapointing

This place CHANGED. It has terrible food now. The fish is totally different from what it used to be, and it just tastes rotten and cheap now. So sad. This was one of the best poke places in CA for a while until business changed apparently!

This has been my go to poke place for some time, but I won’t be going back due to MAJOR SAFETY issues. Customer beware.
First offense - guy was cleaning the floor and didn’t change his gloves when he prepared my food. Had to tell him to change it.
Second offense - food was great until it wasn’t. A few pieces of the salmon were spoiled rotten and I could taste it as I was chewing it. It was so bad I spat it out and threw away the rest of my food. I am breastfeeding and hoping that I don’t get food poisoning from this incident.

Poke is delicious, server is really knowledgeable and friendly. He is fast, efficient and fun as a server. It was last evening 11/23/2024 and I loved every moment and every bite!

This was the first time wanting to eat here and the service was horrible and will not ever go here again!!!! So anyway, I ordered my food on the phone, I wanted chicken, rice and veggies. My husband picked up my food and they didn’t put any veggies it was only chicken and rice. I called them and the manager Jason said it’s because they didn’t have any of the veggies and they didn’t let my husband know, and he didn’t have any idea what I ordered. Jason told me I can’t have a replacement of my meal. I didn’t want a replacement but at least give me my veggies the next day. We got ripped off it shouldn’t have been $16 just for chicken and rice. So they lost me as a customer!!!! Jason needs to know how to be a manager and deal with the situation with the customer and make the customer happy and communicate with the customer. Never again will I go here!!!!!
