Scarlet Kitchen and Lounge

First of all I have already contacted you and it looks like AI answered my horrible experience and I haven't heard back from you. Evidently Scarlet Kitchen closed down on December 13. I made reservations far in advance for their New Year's Eve dinner and entertainment on OpenTable. I got the notice to confirm my reservation the day before New Year's Eve, which I did confirm. My husband has cancer and last year we couldn't go there because he was in full chemotherapy this year, He's doing a little bit better so I made reservations for us and our friends so we show up for our reservation time and the restaurant is permanently closed. And here we were all dressed up and nowhere to go because every place else is so booked already obviously the night of. The next day I contacted you, AI answered me and said somebody would be following up which I have had no follow up. And now you're sending me this to rate my experience. Maybe there should be some kind of communications with restaurants if they close down because this was a horrible experience. And even after your AI answered me you're still sending me this to rate my experience. Do you know what's going on with your service? NOT HAPPY!!!

Showed up to a confirmed reservation to find the restaurant is permanently closed. Open table please remove them from your site.

When we arrived there was a note on the door that said the restaurant was "permanently closed". We had received a confirmation of our reservation the day before from OpenTable. Someone in the center said just one day the sign was up and the door was locked. She said she saw workers coming to work finding the door locked. I was so sorry to hear this, we loved this restaurant.

Can't really speak to the service or food quality....eight of us showed up for a birthday celebration, only to find out that the restaurant is permanently closed. We had a confirmed reservation with OpenTable that same day. I hope OpenTable updates their listings more promptly to prevent this from happening to others.

Unfortunately another one bites the dust… it’s permanently closed.

Just walked by and there is a sign on the door that says permanently closed :(

Wow! What amazing food and great service (Sophia). The Butternut Squash Gnocchi was one of the best dishes I've had in a long time and the Peanut Shrimp Curry was right on par with it.

Very delicious foods and very personable service. It made my birthday very special! Thank you!

Service was a bit slow but overall nice server. Food is good but not spectacular especially for the price.

I have eaten here many times and have had some great food. But, the last 2 times have been disappointing. My diet soda once again has been flat and watered down. The waitress immediately replaced it but, not any better. The pasta dish I had was so spicey I couldn’t finish it. Last time I had the burger I had to send the fries back since they were cold. I will go back and try again to hopefully have a great meal.

Matt and Paige always take care of me and my family when we come in for our weekly meals at Scarlet. A hidden gem tucked away in the shopping center, I’m so glad we stumbled upon it a few years ago!

We were looking for a new place for dinner and found Scarlet Kitchen. Reading the reviews, we were going in with possibly a little lower expectations on service; however, we experienced wonderful and attentive service. The entire experience was great, and we will be going back. We had wonderful cocktails, tasty food, and very good service from all the staff. Give them a try, they are a hidden gem.

A good experience overall. Staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Food was very good. Prices were quite high.

Service was less than stellar, It took over an hour to get just an ice tea and our apps came out about 10 minutes after our meals.
