This has to be one of the best Starbucks in the area! The staff is incredibly kind and always greet you with a smile. The store is always clean and the drinks are made perfect. If your order isnt correct, they'll fix it. If your pup needs a pup cup they'll get it. The staff and store is simply the BEST!

1/24/25 about I didn't get his name but the man who served me the matcha latte was the friendliest Starbucks service I've gotten in a while! Also I have to say, the matcha latte yall made for me actually tastes like it was made with care. Not clumpy or super milky like I always recieve it at other locations. Great job guys you really made my day ❤️

I had a great experience at the Starbucks in Ladera Ranch! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they got my order just right. The store was clean and had a cozy vibe, perfect for working or catching up with friends. My favorite drink, the caramel macchiato, was perfectly made—smooth and delicious.
Parking was easy, and I noticed the service was quick even though it was a busy time. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations in the area!
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Ladera Ranch

I accidentally ordered for pickup from the wrong Starbucks and was fully prepared to drive to the other one since it was my mistake, but the barista working offered to make me the drink anyway and she didn't make me feel bad about it at all. She was extremely kind and accommodating!

I ordered a drink and used the bathroom. I was bitten by a flea in the restroom. I thought it was a mosquito, but when I got home, I realized that were flea bites. It's so dirty and disgusting.
The bathroom was not clean and smelly. How can you manage hygiene like this! Did not clean and sanitize regularly? Give the manager and staff hygiene training!

I want to commend an employee at the Starbucks located in Ladera Ranch in the Bridgepark Plaza. I want the managers / any supervisors to know that Jacquelyn has gone above and beyond to help me MULTIPLE times on different occasions when I come into Starbucks.I am always greeted by Jacquelyn by my name as soon as I walk into Starbucks, and she takes her time to ask me how I am doing, and how she can help with my order. She makes me feel like an important customer, and I’ve seen that I’m not the only one she treats with exceptional service in this way. Jacquelyn is the reason I only go to this Starbucks location in Ladera Ranch.I would personally recommend Jacquelyn be recognized for her exceptional service, kindness, and personability, with the opportunity to receive a raise or a promotion. Thank you Jacquelyn, I can never thank you enough!
