This was a surreal experience. I felt fully immersed in the atmosphere, thanks to the high quality food and wonderful service. I truly appreciate Christina, because she has brightened my day through her enthusiastic, kind personality. She puts special love and care into our strawberry açaís, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Bad experience with the Manager Sofia, the minute I walked in to Starbucks she yell at me that my 8# Maltese which is my service dog was not allowed. She is my service dog I was holding her with her blanket and she is a well trained lil maltese everyone loves her except for Sofia the so call Manager with no manners. When you want to talk to someone you do it in private not barking orders with a group of people especially in a business. She is a disgrace so call Manager! The location Mercantile East, Ladera Ranch.

I’m so tired paying 7$ + for cup off coffee when employees can even make it right!. No whip cream, no toppings. I mentioned to employee at pick up it’s the wrong drink, and she was like oh well we just started yesterday and still learning! And still asking for tips! Starbucks should pay the employees enough so don’t have to brag customers for tips ! Do better Starbucks!

This location received 10 Bearista cups, and the workers took 8 of them, leaving only 2 to be fought over by customers. Deplorable. How are you going to limit them to 1 per customer but give baristas no limit?

I ordered sandwich and the To Go paper bag quality is worse. Come in you are charging 6$ for sandwich then please get some proper to go box. My sandwich was opened by the time i reach home.
I will not stop eating here.

Hahaha, I went in to pay for a hot water, and the lady at the counter said she is unable to give me any sort of water hot or cold with out a purchase. Ok, I'll purchase a hot water. She just said I'm sorry a few times until I walked away very confused.

Used drive thru and noticed the window and outside metal shelf were filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Barista forgot to add my personal cup, so I went in to get it fixed, but barista had no idea how to do it. My drink was terrible. I asked for a refresher with no water and light ice, but got a waterlogged drink with a ton of ice.

This location the barista said they did not have some sandwiches and that they were out product. I ordered a cheese sandwich. I asked what kind of cheese and she did not know. I also, ordered a honey citrus it was watered down no honey. Did not give a napkin.

Overall, this is a pretty good Starbucks to go stop by. The staff is always super friendly and services is always pretty quick. I have been going here for quite a few years and almost always have a good experience. The bathrooms could use a little more but outside of that, the place is looking good.

Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate dietary restrictions and help out quite a bit.
I would say they have a variety of different milk options to accommodate most people.

I was early to a doctor's appointment and was out of coffee so I headed into trusty Starbies. My order totalled about $4. My card wasn't working and I had no other ways of paying. The incredible barista whose name I can't remember (this was like a month ago) was so kind and gave me the coffee on the house. It was a simple act of kindness that made a difference! ❣️
