Hahaha, I went in to pay for a hot water, and the lady at the counter said she is unable to give me any sort of water hot or cold with out a purchase. Ok, I'll purchase a hot water. She just said I'm sorry a few times until I walked away very confused.

Used drive thru and noticed the window and outside metal shelf were filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Barista forgot to add my personal cup, so I went in to get it fixed, but barista had no idea how to do it. My drink was terrible. I asked for a refresher with no water and light ice, but got a waterlogged drink with a ton of ice.

This location the barista said they did not have some sandwiches and that they were out product. I ordered a cheese sandwich. I asked what kind of cheese and she did not know. I also, ordered a honey citrus it was watered down no honey. Did not give a napkin.

Overall, this is a pretty good Starbucks to go stop by. The staff is always super friendly and services is always pretty quick. I have been going here for quite a few years and almost always have a good experience. The bathrooms could use a little more but outside of that, the place is looking good.

Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate dietary restrictions and help out quite a bit.
I would say they have a variety of different milk options to accommodate most people.

I was early to a doctor's appointment and was out of coffee so I headed into trusty Starbies. My order totalled about $4. My card wasn't working and I had no other ways of paying. The incredible barista whose name I can't remember (this was like a month ago) was so kind and gave me the coffee on the house. It was a simple act of kindness that made a difference! ❣️

Cause4 Alarm

Since I live in the area this is the go to spot but something change about a year ago at the drive-thru and now it's slow as molasses. They will make the order for one person, while purposely stalling to take the next order! So they they don't have it queued up and be ready to make. I've been here at all times of the day. Thinking it might be due to Manpower but that's not the case I've seen multiple employees stalking supplies as one person is making the drinks! All I know whoever's managing that place should be fired by Starbucks corporate! If they want to know why they're not making any money here's a good example! Thank God I stopped tipping for this reason!

It’s been a while since a Starbucks pissed me off like this one. Took forever for my mobile order to be completed and it was placed under the wrong letter designation on the counter and I couldn’t find it right away.

How the f does a Starbucks coffee shop not have dark roast coffee? 3X now in two weeks. Do y'all forget how to order things from Corp? Manager needs some work. But it's usually empty & easy to order (except for HIgh school times) and fairly clean.
And come on Corp, how about some condiments for your tasteless sandwiches.

Thank you for the great service and playing 40s-50s music early this morning. My life was thrown up in the air 3/2020 by Goverments Plandemic2020.. and it's comforting to sit here with my coffee.. remembering my grandparents and a time before 2020 when people cared about each other and life was simpler. Thank you to all Starbucks locations that have welcomed me during this time of great anguish and change. Many Starbucks employees from AZ to California have helped lift my spirits and keep me going. Thank you for what you all do.. I'm forever grateful. ?

Worst drive thru wait times! Starbucks raises prices when minimum wage goes up to help off set costs, yet drastically reduced staff and now almost every Starbucks I go to has horrible wait times! I think it’s gonna be time to reconsider my coffee selection.
