This is the slowest Starbucks ever, I had asked if they had grown the coffee beans while I was there, ridiculous wait time when there were only 5 cars in line . Never again will I stop at this location!

My daughter was in there today doing mobile pick up. Had to wait another 20 minutes. The staff was super rude and inconsiderate. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s instead.

This is not my first visit at this location. After reading the recent reviews, I was a bit concerned about the service. However, I Just went through the drive through and the young lady at the window couldn't have been sweeter. She asked us to taste our coffee before pulling away to make sure it was hot enough - it wasn't. So, we were told to pull around while they brewed a fresh pot. The young man who brought it out to us was extremely polite and wished us a good evening. Great customer service!

As a former Starbucks partner the customer service at this location is disgusting. Do not come here, go to the Oso drive thru down the street. Zack was super helpful on the phone to correct the issue. If you see a barista with striped hair when you walk in..walk out. Not worth the hassle, an ugly attitude gets you no where. I will say though the drink she made was good lol. This was 11/02 at 12:56pm

Absolute worst location ever. Beyond horrible service we will never be back and we used to be regular customers. They should really look into management because no one has time to wait 20 minutes for a cup of coffee when there's no one in there.

Was going every day and spending my money here. I loved the whole team but I refuse to go back after the ONE Heavier set male (store trainer/manager?) employee's extremely rude attitude. He is the only rude one there, and he is EXTREMELY rude at that! I vow I will not return to this location. I explained to him how rude he was being and he said "thank you." With a condescending body language / vibe. I have never heard of such a thing. Good riddance

I went there a couple nights ago and got excellent service from Zack. He made the drinks perfectly and and accommodated us with out us even asking. It was a truly great experience will be coming back to this Starbucks!!
Ordered online in rush to pick up at the location. 15min before and still waiting at the location for 10min. Still not ready. I see five people working and I can't understand how slow they are.
