My husband was there today to order sandwiches. Mine was suppose to be a BLT with Turkey added. The sandwich was stuffed with tomatoes and lettuce and lots of mayo. 2 pieces of bacon and a cpl slices of turkey. The roll was dry. My husband was trying to help the guy but he couldn't get it. Worst sandwich ever. Next time we go to Jersey Mike's. Train your people.

The receipt has #519 as served by. I GOT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY BECAUSE OF THE CASHIER WHO PREPARED MY ORDER OF 12” OF THE PHILLY SUB FOR RHE AMOUNT OF $12.81. UNRESPECTFULLY THE CASHIER DID NOT USE ETHNIC WAY TO CHANGE SOME INGREDIENTS OF MY ORDER AND MADE ME FEEL UNSAFE TO LEAVE THE STORE OR I WOULD BE IN DANGER. HE FORCED MY TO TAKE THE SANDWICH AND PAY FOR IT WITHOUT CHANGING IT AS I WANTED. HE DESCRIBED AS A SHORT HISPANIC MAN IN HIS 30’s WITH DARK SKIN.SOME SERIOUSLY APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST HIM.

I feel this place lacks either management or the owner is a cheapskate. It never fails, come lunch hour they have a line of people waiting to build a club, and another 15-20 mobile orders and only two people are scheduled. This just shows poor planning and management. The employees are worked to the ground, having customers get mad at them when they should be getting mad at the higher ups. They really need to either plan better, or stop being such a cheapskate. Cause I know for a fact my entire office doesn't go there because of how long it takes and understaffed they are. So hopefully that improves, otherwise I'll proceed to go to other local sandwich shops during my lunch hour.Responding to owners question: This has been multiple times, normally around 12:30pm which is the typical lunch rush. I can say I've come a couple times every other week, and every time I do I keep getting reminded to why I continue to come here and wait in these long lines.

Oswaldo is very friendly and overall a great employee! He works here Monday to Friday so, if you can, meet him and talk to him! This is the most cozy Subway I have ever been in!

I took my 3 boys there on Sunday the 17th around 11:30 ish… The Iranian guy who help us was very unpleasant, moody.. When I ask for water cups he told me he doesn’t have water cups then I told him give me the regular cups then, he told me he can’t… Then he saw my face that I was not happy so he told me let me check the back then he came back with the water cups…one of the sandwich he made was falling apart… I was also there a week ago on Saturday another guy helped us he was great unfortunately I don’t remember his name.. Hopefully, I will get a nice employee next time because my boys love subway sandwiches!
Just had the worse customer service experience. Do they even teach these kids manners anymore? Social skills? I hope Jersey Mikes take this place out of their misery I ordered 2 foot-long BMTs and then said I would like cheese on one. The young man quickly lifted up his head and barked "WHAT?!" No excuse me I didn't hear you? No...what was that?! No greeting no eye contact. Ewwww just nasty attitude all around. I know how hard it is to find good workers but at least train them to have at least the basic skills.

Came two nights ago, around 15 minutes before closing, and the guy behind the counter came out shaking of how mad he was. And yells at us "we close in 15 minutes!!!". I was in shock. The entire time he's looking at the clock shaking, felt like the man was having a manic episode or something cause we came in so late.... Food was good. But customer service was terrible.

The customer service is outstanding! I urgently needed a need a platter to be ready within 20 minutes. They worked with me and brought everything out bagged and ready to go! They processed my credit card over the phone and I was able to run in and run out to my lunch appointment. Thanks again, best customer service I have received in a looonng time!
