Wow! What great service at this location in Ladera Ranch! It's so rare to find someone going above and beyond in customer service these days (ever since Covid). I had been craving a big salad and will come here every so often. I did a BYO and they didn't have the option to mark "spinach" so I had forgotten but the cashier (I think the manager?) reminded me and asked me if I wanted that too and I was like, omg that's why I came here, yes! Then she realized that they had run out so this amazing woman offered to go get some for me!!! She dashed out to the grocery store nearby and I got the salad I was craving! Thank you to this kind person for going the extra mile to make sure my meal was what I wanted! I'll be back!

I guess you pay to make your own sandwich when you come here. I ordered 2 sandwiches online. Both were incorrect when I picked them up. The turkey sandwich i ordered was supposed to be complete with multiple vegetables and condiments and instead I got a HOT turkey sandwich in foil with nothing but bread and turkey...

I really enjoy the food, even though the sandwiches can get a bit pricey. I belive it's worth every penny and their milkshakes are the best of any place I've ever been to. Also, the staff is really nice and the bag art on the wall is really fun to look at while I eat.

I stopped in during lunch hour as the Dryer Vent Wizard and was delighted by the choice of wiches and the two lovely staff members. Overall, very enjoyable experience. ? #dryerventwizard

Always liked their sandwiches the best, but many of my favorite topping are gone. For example, there are 3 types of mustard, but only 1 mayo (spicy mayo is gone). The other day I got large fries and when I got home, it was just little bits of potato, I think I just got the debris at the bottom of the bag,could not even pick them up to dip them. Also I cannot stand places that have the iPad ordering system, them they swing the iPad around and guilt you into a tip - tips should be based on service, and seeing as how I did not get served, it makes no sense. After tipping, which I regret, I watched people come in after me get their food after me, not cool, I only had a cold sandwich

This Which Wich is a better version of Subway sandwich and competes with Jersey Mike's.Atmosphere: 5 stars. For what it is, the store is clean. I know I'm not eating at a fine dining restaurant. Still, the store is clean. Beyond that, for what it is, I don't have too many expectations. Also, the ceiling is high, I like it. I didn't experience too long of a line.Service: 4 stars. The staff is pleasant enough and fast enough. I am used to ordering the wicked or the Cali sandwich. They insist I fill out the paper bag for my sandwich. It is by the book but it puts me off when I'm a regular and it is one of their standard 12 sandwiches.Quality: 4 stars. I have tried them all. The Wicked and Cali are my favorite. Tastes better than Subway. Jersey Mike's is tough to beat but this Which-Wich is a close second for me. Their choice of sodas is rather limitedValue: 5 stars. Their Wicked Wednesday makes their Wicked sandwich a cheap $6 before tax. That's better than Subway and tastes almost as good as Jersey Mike's. The rest of the time the sandwiches are around $9+. They have an app that lets you get points ($1 per point; need 75) to get a free sandwich. So after like 10 sandwiches you get a free one.All in all, I see myself coming back as long as it is convenient and the prices are good.

First time trying this place, $14.75 for a salad wrapped in soggy bread. The sandwich had so much lettuce and tomatoes and onions it could've been considered a salad, the thing was flavorless and just down right bad wouldn't recommend this place .

I love there cookies and i also love the sandwiches but i do like the staff but they are forcing me to right a paragraph because i get free cookies to mich even tho they are good because who would wanna spend money on cookie anyways they are still nice and i like them i also love there fries they have the perfect softness and crunchy ness of a fry they also have good flavor they also have good mug rootbeer so i give this place a good review of 5

Really fresh Ingredients and I love the bowl option. I do tuna avocado and it is really tasty the kids meals are awesome as well. Highly recommend these guys
