I only came to the Ladera Ranch location was because they closed the San Clemente location because I heard of a rent dispute. But I absolutely LOVED the pizza Chef from San Clemente. He was so so talented and however he made the crust!! It was Magnificent. My fav pizza there was the ZJalapeño. It was the best!! So I ordered it in Ladera Ranch today. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! The crust in Ladera was subpar. It takes talent to do this and they should get the cook from San Clemente to go to Ladera because Ladera sucked.

Pizza is average, but you can pretty much count on any delivery order being 20-30 minutes late, even when it's within a few miles away. We've never had a delivery order even close to on time.

really disappointed with zpizza. ordered three different pizzas and one was vegan. it said vegan all over the box when i picked it up. got home, we started eating, only to notice there were two different looking sausages on the pizza. we didnt think anything of it at first; wasnt sure if it was two different brands of vegan sausage until we tasted it. it was pork. actual sausage. who makes a vegan pizza with vegan cheese and vegan sausage to add on regular sausage as well?! you can see in the picture but it was actually arranged WITH the vegan sausage. whoever made the pizza put both on there. how disgusting! as someone who also doesnt eat pork for religious reasons this is so beyond gross

This is my and my 6 yr olds favorite pizza spot! And they sell pizza by the slice! They have so many delicious and healthy options. The staff and manager are so kind. Aita is awesome. If you haven't tried zpizza yet, you definitely should! Five stars and two thumps up!

The best Z Pizza around! My kids beg for it all the time and I love it also! The Thai chicken pizza is the BEST! The customer service has really improved lately and it's such a friendly local experience everytime.

Love ZPizza! I've been coming here for so many years especially because I had some friends who used to work here, but recently we moved and have been eating out as we unpack. ZPizza has been our new go-to and they nail it every time! The customer service is amazing (shoutout to new manager Aita who is the sweetest!!!) and the pizzas have been hitting the spot every time (especially for breakfast the next day). Probably my last time at this location. I walk in gentleman helping at register was half in bathroom door open washing hands. Comes out touching handle then his long hair. Grabs my pizza to show me. I ordered xl pizza bbq chicken extra cilantro and he goes to add cilantro which they forgot I don't see him grabbing gloves I said kindly can u please wear gloves. He gets upset and says he was going to. I could have been wrong but whole scenario there extremely grossed out and not sanitary. Whoever the owner is should do a better job. Go to other z pizzas in San Clemente. Last time same gentleman my husband left ten dollar tip for online order. Regret coming here. Rude and gross. Sadly going to throw away whole pizza bc he wasn't wearing glove on other hand and who knows if he used his other hand out of spite.
