Not sure if this location is permanently closed. Went to buy some tacos 2 weeks ago food was good. went again the following week and it was closed we drive by there once or 2x a week and it seems to be closed.
Worst Mexican food I have bought. Poor service. Meat with no flavor. Wet Burritos are mostly rice. Asked for pork. Got beef. Really, really a bad restaurant. I received a reply saying they were not open since Jan 15. Well someone is using your facility. And I certainly don’t recommend them.
Best Menudo I’ve ever had in my life! I just moved here and I think I’ve had it 10 times.
My husband and I Visited Abuelas Kitchen yesterday and loved it. I had the best menudo ever since I lived here in California. The ladies were so friendly. Definitely coming back when we are in that area again.
After 13 years of going there at least twice a week. I still love this place. Just 4 tables inside, and a crew of 2 to serve you. The owner and her mom are amazing hosts. The food is good and the prices are just right. You feel the love in every bite. You will also get an amazing view of the lake. Come give it a try, you will love it.
Vegetarian options: They can make most meals a vegetarian way.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
I've been driving by this place for 15 years decided to try it today got a breakfast burrito carne asada and egg, tortilla dry cracking falling apart. mostly potato and beans wasn't much egg and the meat was very dry! With fatty brisel. not a whole lot of flavor, actually very blan! I'm really disappointed!the burrito is big for the price. hot sauce was ok.... red sauce hot green was ok...
Oh my goodness. I think the burritos that they made were half the size of my 8 year old. GINORMOUS So. So so so good. And very reasonably priced. We were shocked when we opened them up. Highly recommend!!!
The ladies inside were fabulous! The food was awesome! We took it to go but was wrapped so well nothing spilled out. I'm so pleased! Move to SC! ? If I could give 6 stars I would.
I love this place!! Awesome breakfast burritos and everything else!!!
I went to get a menudo, the menu said fresh menudo,I order to go, I was waiting and the lady told me "next time call 30 minutes before cause I have to get it ready "but if is fresh don't take 10 minutes to pack, make me think is frozen, the beef foot was over cooked, find the meat whit out of bone, that's over cook.

Small, out of the way place, but the food was absolutely delicious. In fact, I can't think of any upscale restaurant that tasted better. Friendly staff too. Can't wait to go back.
If you are really, really hungry DO NOT COME HERE. If you are really hungry for GOOD TRADITIONAL HOME COOKED FOOD, this is the place, the key is to be patient and wait, it is not Fast Food, it's GOOD FOOD
I’ve driven by this place so many times and always thought about stopping to try the food. Well, my boyfriend and I finally did! I’m sad that I didn’t stop in sooner! The staff was friendly and welcoming! And the food was tasty! We got carne asada fries and 4 different tacos, chicken, carnitas, pastor and cabeza! We will be back to try something new!
Rustic authentic Mexican fare. Delicious and the prices are great. Portions are pretty big! Absolutely loved the chicken soup!!
Chilaquiles leaves something more to be wanted. Very spicy, and the tortilla chips were soggy. Everything is oily. Chicken tequilas were delicious and crispy. I had the Gordita with cabeza, that never disappoints. Beautiful view of the lake with Mexican food reminiscent of just how abuela makes it, delicious and lots of oil.
