This local sushi spot is a hidden gem! The fish is always fresh, the rolls are creative and delicious, and the presentation is top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just trying it for the first time, this place won’t disappoint. Highly recommend!

I went alone and sat at the bar. It was very busy and there was only one chef in the kitchen, one chef at the bar and one server yet still the service was absolutely phenomenal and the food was great. It was my first time eating here and I ordered a “skinny roll, oyster shooter and large Asahi lager. I can’t recommend this establishment enough and I will definitely be going back for more since I live nearby.

My wife and I came to this restaurant to get a few rolls. The service was absolutely terrible. There was no one else in the restaurant yet I still had to wait over 25 minutes to even be asked what I wanted to drink. My wife ordered a basic california roll and it tasted & looked like the crab and cucumber had already gone bad yet they still used it in her roll. I got the Mexican roll and while it wasn't as bad as the rotting roll my wife ordered, it wasn’t something i’d ever order again. I would not recommend this sushi restaurant to anyone.

We recently moved here from OC and was looking for a nice little sushi place and we have found it, we ordered the fresh spring rolls with shrimp and avacado which is not usually found in a sushi place, but it was delicious especially with the sauce. The hand rolls are good size, toro and spicy scallops, spicy tuna were all good, the salmon crunch roll was amazing. Staff are friendly and the prices are good as well, we’ve been coming here at least once a week, so glad we found this place.

We got 3 rolls and ramen, all were sooo good! The tiger roll and dragon roll were absolutely delicious!! Went out of my comfort zone and tried something new, their cherry blossom roll and was pleasantly surprised. The pork in the ramen was cooked perfectly! I have pretty picky eaters for kids and even they loved everything! Can’t wait to come back!

Was out running errands in the area and ordered a few rolls for take out to eat at home when i was done. The front of house staff was kind and friendly. The rolls were a great portion which I underestimated. Ordering a california, salmon lover, las vegas, and goyza because I always order a California roll because its a simple snack but their roll was actually a standard sized 8 piece roll instead of the small ones you normally get. The Las Vegas roll which has always been one of my favorites was perfect, crisp, and without too much cream cheese. I only was able to have a few bites of the salmon lover but it is perfectly named.

I cant wait to come back and bring my family.

Nestled beautifully near Storm Stadium in Lake Elsinore with a beautiful view of the mountain range. Ahi Sushi has the traditional roles we all love but carry original roles crafted by Cathy an amazing Sushi chef who I think has a original touch I’ve not tasted often. Ask for the house secret sushi sauce you’ll want to dip all your rolls !

I love Cathy! She is very detailed and loves her business. Her sushi is fresh daily and delicious. She has been working hard to give you the quality and consistency you all have been asking for in Elsinore Valley. Remember, they are not a chain restaurant they are family owned and operated. They appreciate your return. Cathy is working hard to make every one happy every day. Keep going back and supporting this amazing local family and business. Let’s grow together. Thank you Cathy for your delightful food!

I’ve definitely found my spot. ?
