The gravy (busiquits and gravy) was great. Asked for an extra side of gravy and it came piping hot! The hash browns were nice and crispy (I did ask for them that way). Our server took our order with a smile and no complaints. She checked in on us a couple times and we felt no pressure to be on our way even though they were pretty busy. Would definitely go back.

We ordered breakfast online and wow so disappointed. We have ordered before and we always thought it’s pricey but service was always great. Not this time.
when the food arrived, grease everywhere. Around the bag, the boxes but that’s not all of it.
the boxes were upside down so the food inside was destroyed, the yolk from the eggs everywhere, box leaked. It has to be the shops fault not the delivery person. We sent photos for door-dash to see because ridiculous. It’s ridiculous when you’re spending a good amount of money on very poor service.
There was nothing. No syrup ordered French toast and pancakes, and nothing.
also our order was incomplete. We never received our full order, we contacted door dash to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. What sucks is the order just felt “throw it in and let’s keep moving” I understand being efficient and get things out in a timely manner but when you have food destroyed upon arrival it defeats the purpose. We don’t want to come back or support this establishment again. One moment ruins it all.

First time at Annie’s and it was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious you can really taste the quality in every bite. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Our host was the sweetest and made us feel so welcome, like we were regulars. We had such a great time and left completely satisfied. It was our first visit, but it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommend Annie’s to anyone looking for great food and a warm, friendly atmosphere!

The establishment was dirty and unorganized, and the food is bland, tasteless, and old. Bacon, and sausage were nothing but overly salty, potatoes had no flavor. Won't come back again.

Mandatory tip on parties of 6 or more people however if you split the bill be sure they don’t over charge you on the tips as they sometimes don’t split the tip but charge each check the cost of the entire order our checks were charged 20$ each even tho we split the bill went would of saved 20$ just paying on one bill
Food is good a bit pricey but you do get good portions

Great spot for breakfast. Try the green chilaquiles!
Great food... excellent service... great place... loved it... its now one of faves in Lake Elsinore!!!
No more ihop for me!!! ohhh. Loved their coffee!
The only time I saw the server was when she took the order and dropped the check. She didn't approach to ask how the food was or needed anything. The toast was missing, pancakes were left under the warmer for too long. Asked for crispy bacon and was the opposite and my order of eggs rung wrong and got something else. The coffee was good and freshly brewed. Kudos to the young lady on top of coffee refills. Server with ponytails had all her tables stacked with plates. Rule# In and out when you're serving at a restaurant. Looks like she waits for busser to do it. Would I come back, meh and unfortunately the reviews brought me here and it disappointed.

It really pains me that this place just simply isn't as good as it use to be. I use to get breakfast to go from here all the time, but stopped coming after a few not so great visits. Me and my wife decided to give it another shot today and unfortunately it was the same results. I'm not sure what happened, but the biscuits and gravy just always seem to taste stale. Not at all worth the price. It's a real shame, because they use to be the best in town. Also, not sure what's up with the sewage system, but the entire place smelled like it was literally inside of the sewer. It smelled so bad I couldn't even wait inside for my order to be ready.
