Every year for Christmas I ALWAYS purchase a ham from The Honey Baked Ham Company. This year, I pre-ordered on 12/03/25 and paid in advance for a 7 pound ham $84.00. When I arrived on 12/23/25 to pick up my order, they ONLY had a 9 pound ham available for $105.99. They made me pay the difference (considering I didn't have to due to their error). Once I got home and unwrapped the ham it was extremely dry & overcooked. Everyone was disappointed. I'm so upset I won't NEVER-EVER return again. Overpriced, Overcooked and very disappointing..

I was supposed to pick up an online pre pay order. To my surprise they ran out of one of the items. The offer to switch it with other item. My question is, what is the purpose to offer an item (available at the time of purchase) on your web site and charged the customer if you are not going to have the order ready for pick up at the date and time promised? I'm still waiting for someone to contact me after filing a complaint the business web site.

I ordered and paid online in advance in order to take advantage of the $7 off coupon. I was very disappointed that they didn't honour my coupon because I took a screenshot of it instead of downloading the app. When you are spending $100 on a ham, they should have given me the $7 off 😡

The best ham ever. I return every year. Also love their sides especially the cranberry sauce. You get many meals out of what size ham you get.

I ordered and paid online and when I picked up my order, the gentleman that helped me messed up my order. I didn’t notice until I got home. I called the store and spoke to Karla. She felt horrible and went out of her way to make sure I got my correct order.

Hi, like many other sandwich customers over the years of Honeybaked Ham company have supported Honeybaked for years out of there, holiday seasons

Despite that honeybaked ham company seems to have a love-hate relationship with their sandwich customers

They treat the sandwich customers as second class citizens

When the holidays roll around, they rip down and cancel all sandwich cells, denying the very customers that support them year-round from being able to make any purchases during every holiday. “ Pretty Rotten. “

Seems like lately every time I’ve gone in there they keep giving you less and less for higher and higher prices

The combo sandwich meal which used to be a pretty good bargain is now so expensive. I could go to a nice restaurant where I could receive service and a full gourmet meal for the same price, hell, I could even go to an all you can eat buffet for the price of one of their sandwiches. Honeybaked doesn’t make sense anymore.

Love their sandwiches, I get a smoked turkey on squaw bread with honey mustard and it's the bomb. When you buy 2 bean mixes they give you a ham hock for free that is normally loaded with meat. Love their member deals too. We once ordered a feast from someone whose family was in need and they said it was phenomenal.

I have gotten Honeybaked plenty of times but this time I got a Honey Baked Ham - Bone-In Quarter and says its feeds 6 people. OMG its so small and very expensive. The ham was mostly bone and I wont ever do that again. Very disappointed and huge waste of money especially when you cant feed everyone. Don't waste your money
