Today was my toddlers last day with her paci. The girl behind the counter was so sweet and understanding. My toddler handed her the paci in exchange for the ice cream. Of course I paid for it, but she was so caring during the interaction.

Yes! Giant chocolate shake! Very good! Oh my. Was going to go with my stand-by: Rocky Road, but went with a HUGE cold vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup chocolate shake. Great memories coming to this business. Where we have recently moved to has no Baskin-Robbins that is as convenient as this one is. I must say that I miss the water fountain that was originally out in front of this business.

The ice cream was delicious! Excellent customer service and the establishment is clean.

Great place to take the kids in the hot summer, or just go get yourself a treat. This store is always clean and the staff always friendly.

Entered the store in a good mood, Left feeling very irritated, upset and unwelcome. Walked in, made eye contact with a girl behind counter ready to say hello to her, no greeting whatsoever so I stay quiet. She looked annoyed when I came in? There were two customers in front of me, no big deal, I stand there patiently, happily waiting for my order to be taken.Time goes by and they’re all done. I’m still standing there not being acknowledged by any of the girls working and they’re just talking amongst each other ignoring me, very obviously not wanting to serve me.Finally one of them exclaims have you been helped?! I say no… thinking to myself, obviously not lol… no apology at all for the fact none of them bothered to acknowledge or serve me initially. What’s up with that??? They had an attitude, acting a certain type of way for no reason at all. Immature.I went in expecting to have an easy, pleasant experience and had the OPPOSITE. Felt like my very short presence was bothersome! Really, how hard is it to just be welcoming friendly and attentive to customers???There was barely anyone in the store and they somehow couldn’t even manage to make my very simple order/ experience go nicely. Hate this location.
