The food was satisfactory, but the order took an excessively long time to be prepared. Other patrons expressed dissatisfaction with the wait time as well. Due to the extended wait, we were compelled to approach the establishment to inquire about the status of our order. Some individuals requested a refund, citing that they had endured a longer wait than we had.

The cleanliness of the floors was compromised(sticky). The kitchen area presented disarray. I observed the head chef using his mobile device while wearing a glove, subsequently utilizing the same gloved hand to handle and package my chicken strips.

The fries were good but most of the beignets were bitter inside, not sure what's causing that to happen but please try to fix it if possible.

I stopped by Beignet Spot in Lake Elsinore right at closing and Luke and Steven still took amazing care of me. I had the beignets with caramel sauce—so delicious! They also serve lunch, so I’ll definitely be back to try more. This place is a must-try and I’ll be telling all my friends and family about it!

Hi Beignet Spot Team,
I wanted to share some feedback about my visit today. Normally, I enjoy coming by before work and placing my order in person, but because I was told on a recent visit that breakfast and lunch end at 3 p.m., I decided to place my order online.
I ordered the Jerk Fried Chicken sandwich, but unfortunately, it seemed like it had been cooked earlier in the morning—the breading was hard as a rock. I stayed to eat because I planned to order my beignets fresh, but that didn’t happen either. The beignets I received had clearly been sitting out for a while, which was really disappointing.
I always tip (and did today for Jamie, who helped me), but I have to be honest—this was the worst experience and service I’ve had here. I hope this was just an off day, because I usually look forward to my visits. I won’t be back

We tried the Riverside location Beignet Spot so we were excited one opened up near us here in Elsinore.
It just didn't have the same vibe, the crew were not that friendly and slow, took a while to get help to order and pay cash. They do have a self ordering station that only takes credit but I wanted to pay cash.
The sandwiches were hot and tasty, the beignet were yummy but no consistency in size.
The tots were crunchy only if your eating it fresh within minutes.
Overall I would try them again, today 11 am visit may have just been an off day.

Have u ever bitten into a fluffy cloud drizzled in raspberry sauce!! Or sipped on a hazlenut oat milk coffee!!! Well then skip the long Starbucks line and head into beignet

It was super busy today...but busy means good food. Sad that the beignet flights was not available. Got the plain beignets with raspberry and chocolate dipping sauce. Fresh and delicious 😋. Definitely coming back to try the flight......8/3 came back and so happy I did to try the beignet flight. Fresh, warm and so good, loved the banana. Next trip. I'll be hotting the full breakfast menu.

Tried the beignet flight I was good to try all the flavors. Everything is made to order and it's fresh. I recommend updating the menu for the lunch time cut off. We came in just for the chicken burger 🍔 which to our disappointment it was done serving at 3pm. Aside from that environment is great and welcoming

If you can train your staff to be more patient and a bit more accommodating I would rate your store at 5 stars. I had called to place an order for pick up and I was told I needed to order online when I was literally sitting outside the store in my car and I wanted to use cash to pay not my debit card. I understood using the app was the only way to place an order but not having another option for payment except via credit or debit card is not very accommodating or inclusive. The person who initially answered the phone was very short with me. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the same thing. The issue I had was that I had two dogs who I was told could not come in and I wasn't going to leave them in the car on a hot day. I wanted to place my order, run in and pay when my order was ready and leave. I eneded up using the app and my debit card and waited 10 minutes for my order to be ready. I stepped out of my car and left it running with the AC on. I went to the pickup window and received my order pretty quickly. I'm from New Orleans and your beignets are very good. Maybe consider your pre order methods for those who may have circumstances that keep them from using debit or credit cards or at the very least train your employees to be more patient with explaining policies and I will happily give your establishment 5 stars.
