Bloom Ice Cream + Coffee

Service excellent, kind young woman working by herself. She was very gracious giving me alternative milk when I forgot to ask in my order, & a local knowledgeable about the area and the happenings.

Cinnamon banana bread latte was ok (lots of cinnamon but maybe could use more banana, bet she would've made it with more banana if I'd asked she seems that generous). Good price.

The inside is small, but places to sit outside as well. This is a quick dessert spot, not a cafe study spot. If not into ice cream, there's the counter with baked goods like maple white chocolate cookies, caramel brownies, pumpkin bread this autumn.

Decided to try local coffee shops in our area. Bloom did not disappoint. We got the white chocolate mocha and macchiato - delicious! Staff were very patient while we read the menu and decided on what we wanted. She was very helpful and suggested drinks.

Two girls were working at 11:30 in the afternoon on 9/6/25, very patient and the absolute sweetest! Me and my cousins are from Long Beach visiting the area and wanted to try out some matchas. The barista’s recommendations and ability to make a good matcha is highly impressive! We’re raving about the matcha and wonderful service!! Thank you girls for the coconut and pumpkin spice matcha💞

One of The best lattes I've had in a while. I was glad to see they used Monin Favored Syrups which are good quality and without nasty ingredients or dairy!
The barista was super sweet too!

Not sure if I'd go again... we ordered 4 of the specialty sundaes at about $10 each
.two they didn't have the flavor in description so had to pick different flavors, which they also didn't have much of to make a scoop left and we weren't offered to cancel the order so we were stuck with it. Third order she made the wrong one so we had to wait longer. I thought maybe she'd let us keep it since of all the hiccups but she didn't and offered it to the person behind us instead. It was at early afternoon so not end of the day and we were pretty understanding when our orders weren't going correctly but disappointed weren't offered to just cancel our orders or even the sundae made by mistake. It was our first time here and was always curious to try it out but disappointed in the service and not being told sundaes had to be altered when we paid since it was the same person making them.

There were to girls at the counter, asked for a Lungo coffee, I was surprised at how good it came out, excellent service, came back for Nov 2 Day of the Dead parade in the city, it was cold rainy day, almost all the attendees gatthe rinside drinking and eating their pastries, ONLY 2 very amable young servers worked the line effectively, the owners of this place are lucky to have them, when I open my coffee shop they will be here with me !

Me & my girls went there today amazing service.. everything was so clean gave good vibes the ladies were welcoming. environment the young ladi were very polite & professional. We will definitely be back.
