I'm not able to speak for the other. Commentators. I would just like to say that I had a wonderful experience here. atmosphere, was beyond expectation. I ordered from the wrong menu, and they quickly fixed it. They went above and beyond to serve me and give that burger king treatment. The food was wonderful, fresh, and packed the flavor. Try not to dine in at any restaurant. Thirty minutes before closing, call in ask if diner still available. People clean wipe down playground and ensure for next day use. Ect.

The young workers that they hire for this place have absolutely no work ethics. Customer service has always been terrible, the manager doesn’t teach their workers to even greet. It almost feels like we are bothering them for even coming to order food there, like a “how dare you stop me from doing nothing” type of attitudes. They ignore everyone that stands there waiting, not ever making eye contact. Not even a “Thank you for choosing Burger King” Remember, customers are the reason why you guys have jobs, so work on your customer service ethics.

Sadly everytime we get food from this place something is missing. Today we got chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks and more. The food came with no sauces at all. Which is disappointing since these are dipping items. And our drink was wrong. The food is good that's why we go back. But the overall experience has us feeling sad.

This is by far the most ridiculously worst Burger King establishment I've ever been to. I showed up at 9:20. The dine in area closes at 10 but they refused to let my wife and I in for some reason. (Im assuming laziness) We opted to the drive through. After the atrocious language barrier we were able to order food and agreed upon ordering that we would pay for extra sauces. Getting the window. Guess what? Just kidding. The guy didn't know how to charge for extra sauces and said we can only have 2 for our large Mozzarella sticks. We just left. Not worth the hassle. Hopefully management gets it together and hires competent staff or the whole place closes down soon. Either would be fantastic.

Terrable service. It's 8:30 pm and I was walking in with my small child to get dinner after going to the pumpkin patch and the employee ren to the door and locked it in our face. No explanation or apologies. I threw my hands up and asked why, and he just walked away. There were other people still inside and more people outside wanting to go in. I'm guessing they were busy and understaffed, but an explanation or a sign would be nice.

I tried this location seven years ago….decided to give it another shot. Before purchasing any food I decided to check out the play area for the kids, which I’m glad I did. There’s no air conditioning in the kids playroom … an employee mentioned that it hasn’t been working in months! It was extremely dirty and hot! Employees seemed very bothered and unpleasant when I asked about the situation in the playroom. So we left….
