The food is great but the service can be horrible. I always go here and 50% of the time the customer service is awful. They either ignore you or the manager gives you an attitude. The female manger always has some kind of attitude. Be careful when pulling out your coupon code. The manager likes the coupons done a certain way and she will scold you for doing it wrong everytime. Don’t even use a coupon and if you like your food done your way. Don’t go to the counter. Go through the drive thru. I waited 7 minutes at the counter to be helped only to be told why didn’t I ask for help. Idk idk. Just horrible customer service.

Do not dine in. Took over 25 minutes to receive our order. Had to order on the kiosk as no employees were aiding the counter. Food was cold and soggy as well as missing part of the order. There are no trays, napkins did not come in the bag with the order. Drive thru is prioritized over people dining in. The play place is filthy. Overall Terrible experience. Will not be going back.

The food turned out excellent, no problems with my order at all! But lets be real, I bought 2 meal combos (Bacon King and 2 cheeseburger) and made the fries and drinks large, 2 orders of 8 cheese tots, 6 tacos (3 x 2 for $1.99), and a kids meal. Total? Any guesses? First let me also say, the staff and service were fast, friendly, and efficient and I have zero complaint there! The atmosphere, well it was like 10pm and I went through the drive thru, but I did have to roll down the window to order, etc. and the fresh air was nice at that time, so no complaints there either. But I just dont get out enough anymore, because I did not expect to pay just north of $50 for Burger King. Have it my way? Okay how about next time make it affordable! I had to check if the kids meal crown was actually gold plated...it wasn't! I did enjoy the food, we all did, but for that price I'll go to Chili's next time!

I'm not able to speak for the other. Commentators. I would just like to say that I had a wonderful experience here. atmosphere, was beyond expectation. I ordered from the wrong menu, and they quickly fixed it. They went above and beyond to serve me and give that burger king treatment. The food was wonderful, fresh, and packed the flavor. Try not to dine in at any restaurant. Thirty minutes before closing, call in ask if diner still available. People clean wipe down playground and ensure for next day use. Ect.

The young workers that they hire for this place have absolutely no work ethics. Customer service has always been terrible, the manager doesn’t teach their workers to even greet. It almost feels like we are bothering them for even coming to order food there, like a “how dare you stop me from doing nothing” type of attitudes. They ignore everyone that stands there waiting, not ever making eye contact. Not even a “Thank you for choosing Burger King” Remember, customers are the reason why you guys have jobs, so work on your customer service ethics.

Sadly everytime we get food from this place something is missing. Today we got chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks and more. The food came with no sauces at all. Which is disappointing since these are dipping items. And our drink was wrong. The food is good that's why we go back. But the overall experience has us feeling sad.

This is by far the most ridiculously worst Burger King establishment I've ever been to. I showed up at 9:20. The dine in area closes at 10 but they refused to let my wife and I in for some reason. (Im assuming laziness) We opted to the drive through. After the atrocious language barrier we were able to order food and agreed upon ordering that we would pay for extra sauces. Getting the window. Guess what? Just kidding. The guy didn't know how to charge for extra sauces and said we can only have 2 for our large Mozzarella sticks. We just left. Not worth the hassle. Hopefully management gets it together and hires competent staff or the whole place closes down soon. Either would be fantastic.
