I live on the east coast and I would pay good money to have a place this good. I was served by the owner, his son, and the cook. Genuinely some of the nicest people I've ever met. The food is fantastic, and the horchata is some of the best I've had. Will definitely be back.

Back in January 2022 we hired Compas for catering (sons birthday party) & the quality of meat was *chefs kiss*! We were so excited when we found out they opened up their location! We absolutely love Compas Tacos!!! Carne asada fries, rolled taquitos & fish tacos are full of flavor. And they top it off with some light chipotle drizzle. Red onions & salsa bar are optional but also full of flavor. 10/10

We ordered 2 fish tacos, 2 grilled shrimp tacos, and devoured them! So now pictures for you. I believe they make the batter, you can tell. I can honestly say it was deliciousness! Then we saw someone order the carne asada fries, so I had to get them. BOMB/ FIRE! The staff were super friendly and nice! Offered us a free agua fresca for being our first time. The restaurant was extremely clean. Coming from the food industry, I always notice the kitchen. I can honestly say, this is one of the cleanest kitchens I've seen. We're definitely coming back! 2 words. Deliciously amazing!!A coworker recommended this spot to me bc of the Carne asada fries. Drive to Elsinore after church today to try it out. Located in the "4 Corners" part of Elsinore in the Steter Bros shopping center. We ordered the Compas Feast for only $34.99. This Feast comes w 4 Street tacos (your choice of meat), cheese quesadilla (for $2 more You could add any meat you want so we opted for birria), and carne asada fries. I also ordered a large horchata and 4 birria tacos w consome. The consome was yummy!!! They even gave us grilled jalapeños & onions, yummm!! Everything was soooo delicious, I am so glad we gave this place a try!!!The carne asada itself was amazing. Had a distinctive yummy seared taste to it. The Carne asada fries really was delicious, it came w chipotle sauce that made it taste really good!! The horchata was delicious and we could tell it was made in house. The burrito had rice, beans, carne asada, cilantro, and onions. The salsas were all good and had 3 different levels of heat... mild, medium, and hot. Service was good, the girls were all nice & friendly.We didn't need to order the extra birria tacos bc the Compas Feast by itself was a lot for 4 of us!!! We left the shop full and happy. Am definitely going to come here again to try their other delicious items. Might be a drive since we're coming from the Temecula area, but it's well worth the drive!!!

So good! We got three tacos and a compa burrito. Both were really tasty, made in front of you, and had us wishing we could eat more (but we were so full that we couldn’t)! The staff were friendly and welcoming, too. Since we’re visiting from OC, we wished that this existed next to our home ?

I wanted to love this place, but the food was not fresh and my stomach paid for it later. There's no background noise so it's quiet and you can hear yourself chewing or the workers conversations (which I'd rather not)Will not be returning.
