I’m so glad I stumbled upon this taco truck in Lake Elsinore—authentic Mexican food is hard to find here, and this spot is a gem! The food is made fresh, and you can taste the difference compared to reheated meals. They even make handmade tortillas, which take the tacos to another level. The flavors are bold and truly authentic, and the staff is super friendly and keeps everything clean. It’s definitely my go-to for Mexican food now! If you’re craving fresh, delicious street food, I highly recommend checking this spot out!

My first time trying. I got a carnitas w/cheese burrito. It was delicious, could of been hotter(the meat was a little warm and chesse wasn't even melted). My mother in-law took us to eat here, this is her favorite food truck. She said," their menudo on Sunday is delicious." The carne asada my daughter got was delicious & my husband enjoyed his tacos. I would definitely go back again.

Parking: There is a building that has parking in back, gate was open so we were able to park. You also can just pull on on side of road. The only thing is the cars on the road behind you, are going pretty fast. Put you blinker on a head of time.

Food was amazing! I don't usually like homemade tortillas but these were good! Nice and thin like street tacos but homemade. Will be back!

We found this place coming home last weekend and stopped to try it out. It was absolutely delicious! I was dying all week for their amazing tacos. We went by tonight but they were not at the spot they were at last week so we tracked them down. Thank God for the internet because I think I would have died if I didn’t get to have some of their tacos today!
Delicious food and great service! They will be our new weekend MUST!

El Guero has always been my go-too late night taco spot since moving back to Elsinore. The main dude, the workers are always nice and you can expect to leave with your food within 10 mins, 15 at the most in my experience of it being somewhat busy. Parking is the only thing to worry about, but for the most part there's enough room. Salsa is bomb, and they have the typical topping station for tacos. They also have champurado during cold rainy days at times. Good place with good food and people
