Today my other half decided to dine in for lunch with the kiddos. I didn't go with them. My daughter yold me he got a hair in his sandwich. GROSS! They remade his meal and only gave a him a complimentary cookie! Poor customer service! Why didn't they refund the meal? We had a bad meal before at the Murrieta location, but since our food is normally delicious, I didn't say anything. This time I have to write a review because that's just not right.

Upon entering the restroom there was water and scrubbing bubbles on the entire floor. So I can tell you they care about their cleanliness. Kudos to the crew!
I decided to give this location one more try since last time they messed up my order I came to realization that they had given me no sauce at all. I ordered sandwiches, nuggets, fries and not one packet of sauce! Mind you I asked for ranch and Polynesian. I’m no longer coming back to this location they always do this.

Ordered a number 4 sausage breakfast bowl no cheese i got 2 blocks down the street to discover there was no egg and 2 pieces of sausage 3 pieces of tator tots smothered in cheese. Never fails at that particular place. Always messing up the orders. I give myself 1 star as well for not checking my order before I leave the window.
