The associate working here, named Daniel, will explicitly ignore you while you wait near the pick up area. He will then demonstrate how he prefers to only help out people who look like him and ignore those who don’t. He’s disrespectful, prejudice towards anyone who doesn’t look like him, and egregious at equitable customer service. I’ve submitted a formal complaint online, but it hasn’t been addressed or answered to this day. I implore management to watch the footage of my encounter. You’ll see Daniel ignoring me for several minutes as he then helps out someone else who walked in after me, and finally proceeds to egregiously ignore me again. No words were expressed by him towards me, but his actions spoke volumes. Train your employees to not be this way, especially during times like these where compassion goes a long way. I can only hope Daniel gets the help he needs to address his horrible attitude.

Went to chick-fil-a in lake elsinore order grill chicken nuggets and side of pickle they gave me 2 little slice i asked them that's all I get they ask if I want more I said yes and offer to pay for the extra is ok they have me 2 more little slice are they that stinchy. I'm not going there again.

I order a four count chicken strip, and they were overcooked , not sure either they reheated them or overcooked them. I’m very disappointed on the quality on this visit . They’re very greasy to the point when you eat them Your left with a greasy film in your teeth and mouth….. like waxy. The rest of my order was good. Just disappointed on my chicken strips. Please don’t reheat food and give it to your paying customers. That’s not fair and poor judgement.

We love it here! We've been coming here since they opened. The only thing is that the last time we came, the chickene was a bit of the chewy side which has never happened to me before. Besides that everything else is great.
This Chick-fil-A is substandard. I have tried it a couple times the last visit the food I received was terrible. It did not look or taste good. I called to let them know. I was told that if I wanted a refund, I would have to bring the food in which I did not want to do because I was going to get the same quality food. I had asked to come back the following day When I did they said they were only gonna give me the one sandwich, even though I had a much larger order. The sandwich was the same terrible quality I contacted Chick-fil-A corporate and they could not even get my food replaced and stated that this location likes to handle things themselves. I never received a phone call from them or any statement that they would try to do better in the future or that they did care.
Totally awesome. Everyone who works there is super friendly.

Today my other half decided to dine in for lunch with the kiddos. I didn't go with them. My daughter yold me he got a hair in his sandwich. GROSS! They remade his meal and only gave a him a complimentary cookie! Poor customer service! Why didn't they refund the meal? We had a bad meal before at the Murrieta location, but since our food is normally delicious, I didn't say anything. This time I have to write a review because that's just not right.
